Dave was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was the only one who took notes and seemed to really listen to us. He was also the only one who gave us a business card. The other two said they were out of them. Details matter.

They installed the ac but didnt install a new circuit breaker which was part of the scope of work. They pulled a permit but did not close it which is a major pain in the butt since We are in the process of selling the house. We have been trying to get them to close the permit which was pulled back in 2018.

I hired Cool Aid Air Conditioning Of SW Florida to install a mini-split AC unit in my home. After the project was completed a couple of weeks later when I went into the bedroom there was water all over the floor and my dresser drawers were filled with water. I contacted the company, a technician came out and said that the unit was not sealed properly and that he would be able to fixed it. A couple weeks later the leak returned and water was pouring down my walls again. Called the company back and a week later sent a technician who said that it still was not sealed correctly and that he would sealed it this time. Sealed the unit and but left it open. I called to have the unit closed (because I could not reach it) and no one ever came to close it. Now weeks later the room has a strong order of mildew and I have tried to get in touch with the company but they do not return my phone calls or messages.

The owner Dave was very responsive and easy work with. Zack and Matt were extremely punctual, informative and communicative. They were able to answer any questions, no hard sale approach. We had 4 estimates, all close though we felt we received the best value from Cool Aid Air. Very neat, efficient and the product, Mitsubishi mini splits are wonderful. Cool aid is great! They are professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They are the best in the keys. I use them for repairs and maintenance. Totally worth it. I recommend them to anyone that wants the job done the right way.

They came out when they said they would. The maintenance contract is reasonably priced and I recommend it. You won't have to worry about any issue that arises they will fix it. Very professional.

These guys actually do a good job. They I shopped around quite a bit actually I received 6 estimates and several other companies contacted all and all hands down cool aid air conditioning was the for runner.

Nothing was impossible. Fast service, said yes to bid on Friday and installation was completed on Tuesday.

Very professional

The service person was on time and performed the work efficiently. The 5 air conditioners are not central units, they are mini splits, with two installed at a height of 15 feet in the wall. The degree of difficulty is challenging. They were cleaned and the exterior condensers were checked for levels. All seem to be working properly.

My experience with cool aid air made things easier despite my air conditioner not working. They were professional, timely, and communicated thouroghly. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommended cool aid.
