A Advanced SepticAfter hiring a septic pro last July to pump out my septic and this April noticing leakage over the septic cover, I called Advanced Septic this time and after Wes and Justin reviewed the issue, discovered that the previous pump-out was not done properly and the septic lid was not secured correctly. After a few questions and a crash course given by Wes on how a Septic works and and what and what not to do with my garbage disposal and sprinkler system ( I knew none of this) I soon discovered that I was contributing to the problem. I now have a 100 percent better understanding thanks to Wes and Justin. These guys are a great asset to Advance Septic who should be proud to have them both.- Thomas M.

SOS SEPTIC OR SEWERShowed up on time. Had a littke troubke finding the septic tanks but foubd them pretty quickly. I was given a discount for angies list when I called. When the guys were collecting payment, they didn't know about the discount. I told them and they didn't hesitate to correct the charges. Overall they were clean, fast, and very courteous. Roto-RooterThey're service technicians and their pump truck drivers are wonderful for your septic tank. There's a guy there by the name of Micheal, I thing they just call him Mike. He's awesome. The service provider Larry is wonderful. They're the only ones that do on call. If you need them on the weekend, you call them and they come out. Advanced SepticThe 20+ year old septic tank had never been serviced. The tech said that the drain field might be compromised but never pressured us to have a new field installed. Delta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

As an out-of-state property owner, getting any sort of services done is often challenging and frustrating. The relaxed island-style demeanor of many service providers in the Florida Keys can create additional challenges. The quick response and timely arrival I got from George's Plumbing was most appreciated! The plumber (Paul) arrived when he said he would, got to work, and fixed the problem very quickly! Also checked and cleared the drain from all other angles (including checking the venting from the roof). He did a very reasonable job of cleaning up the "mess" (read "sewer line", I don't think cleaning up that sort of thing should be considered their responsibility, and I won't go into the nasty details...), leaving only the job of sanitizing the area to someone else. The price was very reasonable. He worked well with my property manager on-site, was courteous to the tenant, and explained to me exactly what he did. Friendly, efficient, and professional. He's on my list to call if I ever have another plumbing problem! I would definitely use them again!

My house which was built in the 70’s with cast iron pipes was having constant problems with clogs and water backing up. My usual plumber ran a video camera and discovered that the drain pipes were showing signs of sever decay with impending failure. He said he didn’t do trenchless repairs which involves cleaning and removing severely rusted spots, then coating inside of pipes with an epoxy resin. I searched on this site for contractors and called four different companies for estimates. Spoke with John who’s crew came out and reinspected my drain pipes. Problem was confirmed, I decided to go with him because he answered all my questions and was very punctual. He did everything he committed too in a timely and professional manner. I’m glad I selected this company! The drains work like the house is new again.

Once Mr Lionel Thomas is the home inspector your in great hands !!! He’s a straight shooter 1000% !!!! If Lionel recommend checking for termites and basil send you someone get the report insist on seeing it before your closing!!! Any other recommendations from basil will be unprofessional don’t make the same mistake I did please !!!! Just to name a few $17,500 Cash complimentary food ,my payed Materials all gone and ..... if your looking for all your brand new items in your home painted up ,cement and full of dust not to forget on finish paint job in EVERY ROOM, new Windows with paint all over the outside, I was told by him and him team everything is finish ,after driving 14 hours clean and mop my dad room to give your 80 year old dad a bath to find out there’s very little water coming out his bath by then where coughing from the bleach , there’s not enough water to wash out the shower, went to second bathroom same problem but a little more on the bottom . Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !

Bob was great, friendly and very professional. He fixed our leaky pipe and took a look at a few other things too. I called BC on Monday morning due to a leaky pipe. I was told the soonest they could make it would be Thursday morning. I called several other plumbing companies in the area and they were the soonest I could get a plumber to come out since they are all busy doing the sewer connections. I would highly recommend Bob at BC Plumbing in the Keys. Thank you!
