He was the most professional detail oriented home inspector i have ever used. I am an investor and ive used other inspectors, this guy uses the latest technology available in the industry. The house was remodeled and everything looked great but he found leaks using thermal imaging camera, so he saved me thousands of dollars. Definitely will be using him in the future!

Good job, very professional, they use the thermo camera, which was very amazing, they find lots of leaks and it’s a new remodeled home, I would recommend them to everyone that needs a professional inspection, they are the best.

I'm very lucky to get a schedule on a fairly short notice and the inspector was already there before the scheduled time. He soon started the outside inspection while we're waiting for our realtor.
