Only one service tech came, rather than two for the heavy lifting, and he had trouble taking the old heater off the platform and dropped it. Also, there was confused communication between the technician and the owner regarding the details of the job to be done. Other than that, the value for the money was excellent and both the technician and the owner were vary courteous and professional and I am satisfied with the final outcome."

Sunlight came out and repaired old hot water solar system, and reset pump from water heater to solar collector. Did not need to buy new system.
