They were very responsive and honest. He called me and gave me honest feedback about what water heater would be best for my home, as well as price options. Did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. Once I agreed, they came the following day to asses and provide an invoice and the day after that the water heater was installed. Can tell a difference in the heating of the water immediately. Would definitely recommend
