This team is thorough, precise, consultative, creative and incredibly pleasant to work with. My husband mapped out the measurement specs for the headboard including a space at the bottom where we could feed our electrical wires. He even adjusted the gasket around the glass which had, somehow in the past, gotten pinched in the frame. He identified the door lock/handle was the incorrect type and changed it for the price of the handle. Total cost, under $200. and under 1 hour. Super nice guy, even in 100 degree heat.
