This problem was reported on 11/27/2022, and the Insurance Carrier took two (2) weeks to give the go-ahead. Of course, even though the Richard did everything he was suppose to do AND recommended replacing the faucet, Select refused and only paid the ‘hourly’ rate. The owner - Richard was finishing another job, and sent Mark - his assistant - to install the new faucet. Mark was professional, careful and very thorough. He had my old faucet removed and the new one installed within 35 minutes. In addition, he did a very conscientious job cleaning up. I definitely will use ‘PlumbRite’ Plumbing again for any and all of my plumbing needs."
