Heriberto Valasquez, the owner, came out less than an hour after I contacted him with an underground leak in my sprinkler line. At least that is what I thought it was. He found the leak was in the main line feeding my sprinkler system. If he had not come out as quick as he did I can't imagine what my water bill would have been. He completed the work in about an hour. He really knew his stuff and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

On time. Made sure to personally call day before and day of. He also tried to help fix a day early, but I unfortunately I was not available. Will have to see how long the broken pipe lasts in order to comment about quality, but from what I saw of his work, it seemed adequate/appropriate.

Charged me $500 to upgrade from Intermatic to new Rachio smart sprinkler controls. He cracked a nearby sprinkler pipe with his shovel and denied it, saying it was already like that. No, it wasn't, I really dislike lying maintenance guys, I had to fix his damage myself. He also installed a loose pipe fitting to my pump motor, causing air in the system. I had to hire a second laborer to fix that for another $160. He's knowledgeable about sprinklers, but lies about damage and rushes the job causing mistakes.

Heribeto responded same day. He assessed the project, gave me a great estimate and scheduled the project at a time that works best for me. The day of the project, he was on time, worked efficiently and did perfect installation of my B-hyve WiFi timer.
