"We were given a reasonably good priced quote to move us from Denver to San Angelo, TX on a specific schedule that we needed because of our special needs child. We were told the move would be done in one large moving van. We were told they had an office and storage facility here in San Angelo. None of those things were true. They showed up at 8:00 PM to load things. The manager, using an alias informed me that they actually didn't use a large van and that they would have to charge an additional $2,200 to meet the schedule we were promised. We were hours from having to be out of our home. My wife panicked and we paid the extra charge. The total cost of the move was more than twice the estimate. It took almost a month to get the final load, and we are missing over $5,000 worth of our belongings. When we asked how to file an insurance claim the manager refused to tell me who the insurance company was and instead referred us to an intermediary with no real address or phone. "
