"I had tile work re-done in my master bathroom and I needed the shower doors re-installed. I messaged a different company and was quoted at $350 before they would show up and I would be charged even if the glass no longer fit and they weren't responsible for any damage. Not liking that message, I decided to put a request through Angies List and received a phone call from Clear Glass about 20min later. About an hour later, (On a Sunday) Clear Glass came out to take a look and I was warned before he drove out that the old glass might not fit back. So when Clear Glass came and looked, he measured and was happy to let me know that old glass would fit. (I'm sure he could have been dishonest and made more money) I was then told they would be there the next morning to put it in and I was charged $250, which I was more than happy with. Clear Glass is the kind of company that I will give repeat business and I will refer to as many friends as possible. My glass is installed well, they responded quick, was honest and cost was more than reasonable. What more can you ask for in a service provider"

He built an outside deck, removed all the wood from our kitchen & rebuilt electrical fixtures including installing ceiling lights. "The service was very good. I was very pleased with their work. They were on time and finished the job when they said they will finish the job. They did some work for me over a 3 year period. First they did the front of my house. They did it in sections and didn't do it all at one time. Two workers came. They had the best prices, when I called around from the other competitors. I liked their product better than what the other competitors were offering. A lot of the other competitors were trying to sell a vinyl hurricane impact window and they use the aluminum which I preferred and thought that would last a lot longer and stand up better. They remove the regular windows and replace the hurricane windows which are rated up to a category 4. They also add an additional layer of insulation to give you better insulation in your house. They also have a film on the windows that reflects UV rays so you don't get that direct heat coming into the house. There are no shutters, just the windows. I would give them a good rating. I was very happy with them. When I called them to come out and take the measurements, they came out right away. They put the order in. Once the order goes in, you pay half of the fee for the windows, then you pay the balance once the job is completed."

"The quote was reasonable and the sales rep was knowledgable. After getting many quotes, this one was the best value. I payed 40% up front and they informed me that it would take 3 months to have the windows custom build. I have an old house with odd sized windows, so this was a selling point. Other companies used PGT which are not custom and are usually from a warehouse. You would have to build an odd frame around PGT to fit the windows in odd shaped concrete. This company gets all of their windows custom built in South America. When the windows arrived, they stored them in my house for less than a week and I payed them another 50%. Permits were pulled and an installation date was set within a week. The installers had most of them installed within two days. But, there were two half moon windows in which this company was going to build a custom wood frame around to make them secure. The window installer did not have proper wood working skills so I had to hire a carpenter to frame out those two windows. They were going to have me pay extra to hire out a recommended carpenter but I declined. This plus some crumbling concrete around some windows held off the job for a few months. I actually had that work finished within two weeks but this company asked that all the drywall and window sills  to be reinstalled by me before they had an inspection. It was too much to ask for when all the drywall in the entire house was removed by my workers fixing the cracking concrete. The company seemed to handle this professionally until the last week of December, 2013. A week before the new year, the rep called me demanding the final ten percent because he had to close the book for tax reasons. I had to put my foot down and let him know that the final 10% would be given after the final inspection passed. We did not install the drywall but called for an inspection. Apparently, the previous window installer used by this company was fired in the middle of this and no one showed up for the first inspection. The inspector was upset but also found many issues with the length of screws in the concrete. This company fixed the problem properly and the second inspection passed. I am very happy with the results of PATCO and would highly recommend them. My only issue would be with the fact that the Manager of installation was fired and the final  payment was demanded of me before the final inspection. If it was not for those two things, part of professionalism, I would give them a perfect score.

"I was scheduled to have the work done on Sept 30.
On Sept 25, he was in my area so he called to see if he could do the work.  I said yes.
He came installed my door, cleaned up after and had me check the work to make sure I was happy.
Then, he was very, very fair with the price he charged me.  He was very professional and nice.
I will not hesitate to contact this provider again the next time I need work done.
I cannot imagine anybody else being as good and nice as Dan.
