I messaged a different company and was quoted at $350 before they would show up and I would be charged even if the glass no longer fit and they weren't responsible for any damage. About an hour later, (On a Sunday) Clear Glass came out to take a look and I was warned before he drove out that the old glass might not fit back. So when Clear Glass came and looked, he measured and was happy to let me know that old glass would fit. (I'm sure he could have been dishonest and made more money) I was then told they would be there the next morning to put it in and I was charged $250, which I was more than happy with. Clear Glass is the kind of company that I will give repeat business and I will refer to as many friends as possible. My glass is installed well, they responded quick, was honest and cost was more than reasonable. What more can you ask for in a service provider"

"Carl arrived on time, in fact he was a little early.  He even picked up the baseboards at the store for me since I couldn't fit them in my SUV.  He immediately set to work and flew through the jobs that I thought would take all day.  His work is precise.  The baseboards were cut to perfection.  He was very personable and answered all my questions.  He had all the proper tools to complete the job which is a huge plus!  I had the glass repaired on my front door previously and the trim needed to be painted.  He ended up painting the whole door for me.  I can't say enough positive about Carl.  He answers every call that he receives.  I plan to have him back to do some whole house painting and moulding installation.  I was lucky to get him so quickly as he is super busy.

"Once I got them to return my call and come give an estimate they were great.  Yet, we had to call 3 times to check on the door and get a time for them to come install.

"After getting quotes from 6 large and small roofing companies, we decided to go with Total Home. Their price was in the middle but everything the salesperson explained to me made it easier to compare companies and possible outcomes. He made good suggestions for placement of additional air vents, replacement of skylights from plastic to glass, and other items which the other companies did not mention or charged much more for. This is a big company so I'll tell you I'm in the Orlando region. The job was started on time and completed within 5 days. It might have been done in 4 but it started raining one day and they covered everything well. Job manager came by a couple of times each day to check progress, including checking on the cleanup. He was very attentive to our satisfaction with everything. I liked that they had someone in the office assigned to follow up with me as needed. I could call her if I had a question or I couldn't reach the job manager and she would follow up with him for me. All this makes me give them an A for customer service. "I have a signed contract and I paid for a specific windows model. The contractor ordered the wrong model and after three months of long wait he received the windows. Then, we scheduled the installation and they never mentioned about the issue. 
Once the windows were installed, I realized that the windows were different. But, the contractor said that it was not his fault but some other employee that is not working there anymore. Then, he said that he would have made the replacement with no extra cost.
After that statement, he never answered to my phone calls and emails. He completely disappeared after they collected the whole amount and installed the wrong models. 
I am currently suing them for getting what I paid for. With that said, STAY AWAY FROM PATCO WINDOWS!!!
