"Find another dealer for your needs. I trusted Morgan Exteriors to replace the windows in my home and was considering having them do the same for the siding. However, if getting siding installed is anything like our experience with getting windows replaced, I would not recommend them at all. I have been lied to by the scheduler, the warehouse manager/project manager failed to properly conduct a review of the order placed or complete an accurate inventory of job materials. I have been waiting over a month for the remaining windows to arrive and even after multiple visits to measure and take pictures of windows to be replaced, errors were made and I now have to wait another month for that window to arrive as well. Shayna apologizes profusely and states she is taking action, however, those who she is dealing with are ignoring her and not doing what they should have in the first place. I have requested on four occasions now for a call from the owner since the problems started. Being lied to,"

My electric bill dropped from an average of $160 per month (well over $200 during the summer) to $16 per month (now about $38 per month since FPL raised the fee for connection). The installers were quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The crew boss, Chris, was not happy with the appearance of an external cable, and he returned on a Saturday to run the cable through the garage leading to a job that was aesthetically pleasing. My house was the first in our HOA that went solar; now there is at least half a dozen solar homes, Wonderful job at a good price. Ask for Chris; he is the best!"
