"I have been using Willow Landscaping for years now and was always happy with their "basic" service. The problem I have with them, which has gotten steadily worse over the years, is spreading Weed & Feed, Grass Seed, etc. on my yard to keep it in the best condition possible. They "claim" to provide this service (and actually used to) but it is few and far between that they actually do it when I ask (I already have the product for them to spread also) and it mostly still never gets done. They used to say "we will bring the spreader next time" and rarely would. Now they say "Ok" and will let Steve (the owner) know. Yet still nothing ever gets done. It has gotten worse over the years and as a result my yard is mostly weeds now with a little bit of grass left. I can't even walk barefoot in my yard now because of all the weeds and stickers. Like I said they used to be good but over the last couple of years they have continuously gotten worse and now my yard is ruined because of it."

I tried being reasonable, but eventually he said he had a $20,000 job to do, then we were next in line. I then asked if he would sign something that stated if he didn't start within two weeks he would refund us our full down payment amount. He refused and said he'd just give us our money back "When he had the time available". Last correspondence with him via text was on Sep 2nd 2021. Ghosted us since then so legal action has been taken. Will be taking to small claims court as he failed to respond to either us or our attorneys. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM ARTIST. WE ARE NOT HIS ONLY VICTIMS."
