They are responsive to our wishes for correct shrub trimming instead of the quick "straight across" method some use, which will result in leggy, top-heavy shrubs. They will round and shape my shrubs as I request. Keith has always been responsive and helpful in sending us a crew for extra work on short notice when I have needed them. (This was the response I received from Dewin Daniels when I told him my new patio covering was leaking.) So they don't tell you you have a problem that may cause problems later they just put the cover up and take the payment and run! They are also under the name AAA Aluminum!"
