Willow Tree Landscaping and Lawn Care

I have been using Willow Landscaping for years now and was always happy with their "basic" service. The problem I have with them, which has gotten steadily worse over the years, is spreading Weed & Feed, Grass Seed, etc. on my yard to keep it in the best condition possible. They "claim" to provide this service (and actually used to) but it is few and far between that they actually do it when I ask (I already have the product for them to spread also) and it mostly still never gets done. They used to say "we will bring the spreader next time" and rarely would. Now they say "Ok" and will let Steve (the owner) know. Yet still nothing ever gets done. It has gotten worse over the years and as a result my yard is mostly weeds now with a little bit of grass left. I can't even walk barefoot in my yard now because of all the weeds and stickers. Like I said they used to be good but over the last couple of years they have continuously gotten worse and now my yard is ruined because of it.

They are very good. Also they try to work around our office hours to limit the cars in the parking lot.

Steve and his crew are professional, courteous and hardworking.  Steve is very responsive and takes the time to answer all of my many yard care questions.  If I need suggestions or something extra for my yard, he provides good ideas and always takes care of it for me in a prompt manner.  Steve works to make sure any concerns are addressed quickly and is eager to make sure that I am pleased with the service he provides.  I have had everything from basic lawn care - to re-sodding - to flower bed mulch install - to fence repair - and have been pleased with the quality of the work as well as the reasonable pricing.  Steve is extremely trustworthy and I would highly recommend his services.

Willow Landscaping has always provided excellent service. They arrive on time, and ready to go. They are well-equipped, with mowers, trimmers, and other equipment in good condition. They are trustworthy and considerate - I don't feel as though I have to watch them while they are on my property. They clean the property after they mow and trim, using leaf blowers on the walks, and ensure that all doors and gates are closed. I would highly recommend their service.
