Heat Pump - Install or Replace
I had to have my complete HVAC system replaced and I hired David Gray. What a wonderful experience. The three gentlemen that did the installation, Gabe, Zahkeem, and Muhamed were so professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and were very meticulous, making sure everything was perfect and once installed they made sure everything was cleaned up and they made sure I understood how to use the new thermostat. They should be highly commended on their work ethics and professionalism. Highly recommend David Gray.

Technician did not disclose the fees associated with work. Technician perform work before disclosing cost associated with work. Technician was very evasive about work performed. Technician did not show client what was actually wrong with the system. When challenged, technician pretended to call the office to reduce the price. When challenged on business practice technician stated that he speaks with office management about it but they refuse to do anything about their shady business practice.

Central A/C - Install
TANNER, JESSIE AND BRYANT are the best! Had new a/c installed. Came on time, worked very cleanly. Made sure all worked and I was happy and understood all before they left. Would definitely have David Grey a/c back again!!!!!!

The employees were not able to specifically identify what the problem was, they did provide insite into other things that might be causing the problem other than clogged or broken pipes. Time will tell. The employees were professional and helpful.

A professional company with absolutly 'outragious' prices for work to be performed. i.e., (2 2x4's bolted together to form stepover to shower = $500.00), (tear out 40 sf of tile = $600.00), it was done in 15 min. Their estimate was just under 3900.00. I had an extremely well done installation from a competitor with extra features for 2000.00 less

"Mel, I personally reviewed the Proposal that we prepared for you and found it to be quite in line. I have come to find that you can always find a cheaper price for anything; this particularly applies to remodel work in a recession. The caveat is that you usually get what you pay for since a job well done has costs associated with it. However, I am very glad to hear that you got a job that was "extremely well done" for such a low price. Fifteen minutes to tear out 40sf of tile is remarkable. Thank you very much for the feedback. Tom did an excellent job. He asked what I wanted done. He explained how and what he was going to do. The pump installation looks good and it worked the first time when it was activated. Tom cleaned up all the trash. Pump area was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Excellent job.
