"From the communication with the office to the plumbers on-site...all was excellent. They text you when they are on their way with a photo of the technician. Their team has a lot of experience and they get the job done promptly, efficiently and take great care in respecting your home. We would and will use them again. Special kudos to Ken, Dylan, Hector, Tom..."

"The biggest problem is that he'll say he's coming on a particular day and doesn't show. We had to call him to see what was up. He did replace our pump and he said he would be back later in the week to check the sprinkler heads. He never showed up. We had another issue with the new pump and called him. Again he said he would show up on a day and didn't. Again we called. When he came he said we had a different issue and proceeded to fix it. He also checked all our zones and changed the configuration. We have heads that aren't working that he didn't catch as not working. He's very knowledgeable but we'd rather deal with someone else."

"I HIGHLY recommend A New Beginning for your plumbing needs. We had an emergency so we went on Angi and submitted a form, someone from the company called me within five minutes and came out for a free inspection the very next morning. Before even pulling into the driveway, he knew exactly what the issue was just by looking at the yard which gave us the confidence that we had the right people. He was very straight with us, explained everything without any “sales” or jargon that we wouldn’t understand, very transparent and informative. Turns out we needed the septic pumped and entire drain field cleaned out. They helped out the first morning to hold us over until they could come out two days later which really helped us out. When they came for the job, they were friendly and QUICK! Overall great communication through the entire process, fairly priced, and went above and beyond to solve our emergency. No need to shop around, these are the guys you want."

"We needed to replace our kitchen faucet. Dan was here on time. He called to inform us of his arrival. Dan reviewed the problem area, got right to work. His work was neat, organized, area was clean upon completion . Dan also conducted a series of test to our water supply and fully tested the equipment installed. Great Job Dan!!!"

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

"The Hot Water People responded to my online inquiry to install a dishwasher immediately. We scheduled the estimate, and the plumber was very knowlegeable, arrived on time to install it, and completed the work impeccably! It was a pleasure working with them after the experience I had with Lowe's. I would absolutely hire them again!"

"It went great! Chris was very prompt at returning my request for more information and even followed back up with me a week later to see if I had any other questions. The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. They installed the entire system in approx. 2 hours and went over all operation instructions and what to expect with the new softener. This experience was one of the best I've received in a long time! Great company, great people and great service!"

"Virgil was prompt and did a complete job, also showed me where the previous service (not going to name them in case their culture has changed) had cut corners. Pumped everything, cleaned and showed me condition etc, and also told me I had a good 10 years or so on the lining of the tank. Will use again in a few years..."

"The technician checked the pool and the spa. Found 2 separate leaks and repaired them. He also went and put epoxy where leaks are common as a preventive measure. Took about an hour. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend!"
