"All went very well from start of getting quote for a great price to finished project. They came out quickly to give the estimate for what I found out later was a great price for the size of the tree and amount of work needing done. (This was a very large live oak tree) When I decided to go with them, they had time available quickly to schedule the work. We had to remove this beautiful tree as the roots were messing up the driveway and going under the house. They arrived when scheduled and went right to work. Being on a cul-de-sac, they make sure that their equipment did not block anyone in or prevent access. They had all the right equipment to do the job. I was extremely pleased in the amount of time it took them to get all done. I expected them to take all the day, but they arrived at 9:30 and was gone by 2:00. They shredded all the branches they could and loaded the bigger limbs on another truck. They then went to work grinding out the huge stump. They ground it out and even made sure that any surface roots were also taken out. They did a great job of taking out all the mulch created from the stump removal. Before they were done, they cleaned up the entire area (my driveway, the neighbors driveway and the cul-de-sac) When they left, the area looked the same, minus the tree."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
