"We had Mitchell (from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning) come by 2 days before Christmas & had him clean the carpets & 2 pieces of furniture. I had a few issues, however - considering it was the holidays, I didn't review or contact them right away. I tried the bottle of Spot Cleaner he gave me, but that didn't help with the High Traffic Areas... So, on the 29th I emailed them and when I heard back, they had put us on the schedule right away and today Mitchell came back out and recleaned those problem areas. The place looks Much Better.
