"We wanted to upgrade our shower to an ADA compliant shower for my husband with his wheel chair. We had numerous quotes and suggestions. We chose Ocala Baths, LLC for what we desired. When they started demolition the wall was unsafe and not stable enough to make it strong and accessible for his entry with a wheel chair. They went the extra mile to make sure it was safe for my husband and built the wall and bench so it was sturdy with the ease of roll in for his wheel chair, added grab bars, fantastic shower fixtures and it was more beautiful than we expected. It is easy to clean and SAFE. A fantastic experience with quality workmanship and materials. It was the most affordable, the installers were knowledgeable and compliant with code. They turned what could have been a bad experience with the poor quality of the already existing structure we had, into a SAFE and BEAUTIFUL shower. He gave more than promised for a perfect ADA compliant shower that we love. We keep his card for referrals for everyone that sees it. I would give them an A+ score and definitely a 5 star company."

"It went very well.  I was relieved when  the leak was located because the plumber I called  couldn't find the exact source.
 I called on Saturday 2/16 and left  a message, within the space of  5minutes I received a  return call.  I was unable to get an appointment immediately because they were extremely busy.  I asked when was the earliest appointment and was told on Monday but she would have to check the schedule.  She said that she would call me back after that.  Withing 2 minutes she called back with the appointment time.  Service call was $300.00 (regardless if it was the weekend, during regular hours, or after hours).
The service tech Dominic called me about 10 minutes before the appointment time and said that he  was running an hour behind and was on his way.  He explained all when he was completing the work.  The cost of the repair was steep $250.00 but I was given a $50.00 discount on the pricing..  Total bill $500.00 and peace of mind.
