We typically bill 50% deposit and 50% upon completion on smaller jobs, and for larger projects we bill in phases according to the completion stages of the work being performed.

"I can not believe the extremely terrible communication, terrible professionalism, and very unreliable time table. I regret choosing Amant Homes, I was out of my home for nearly a year and a half. He damaged my property and had the nerve to make me pay. I was told one thing and he did another. I foolishly believed the positive reviews on their site to my dismay. I would never ever work with them again. They did a sloppy job on my property and the owner had the nerve to state that he went out of good way to please me, when I was promised one thing and given another thing of lesser value. Please think twice before using this terrible company."
