I highly recommend Ryan Holmes Contracting, Inc.. The helped me out when a dead-beat roofer tore my old roof off, then ran off with the second distribution of funds without putting the new metal down. After telling my issue to Kelly, she had the crew over here that day to give me an estimate to finish off the job. They were prompt, on time, listened to any concerns and finished off the job better than I could of imagined. You canâ t go wrong with hiring Ryan Holmes Contracting, Inc., and I do not see the need to look for anyone else. Its hard-to-find solid help if you are not a local here in Florida, and I will be recommending them to any of my neighbors in the future that want to get their roof replaced. Thanks Kelly and team for helping me out, I really do appreciate it.

They are responsive and trust worthy; great to work with and they do top notch work. We are very happy with our standing seam metal roof. And if there is something that you are not happy with, they will fix it to your satisfaction. Overall, they were our best choice and they did a super job!

UPDATED REVIEW. The Holmes Co. today came and at their expense did an extensive repair of the roof in question. The leak was well hidden and others who tried gave up but Kelly and George did not. They also fixed a floor area also at their expense. I will also put this info in the neighborhood site used by thousands. Nice to know we do have an honest company in our area. Thanks again Kelly and George.

I would highly recommend this company. We needed a patio roof repair. Very professional. A slight leak appeared after it was done and they went right back out and fixed it. They worked with my tenant and got the job done.

We needed a new roof and we were was more than happy with the professionalism, attention to detail, workmanship, and over all customer service that Ryan Holmes offered us. They worked within our time constraints and kept us apprised of any delays. The estimate was accurate and very affordable. Kelly was constantly checking in making sure all was well and after Isaias passed, she stopped by to make sure there were no issues. I would definitely recommend Ryan Holmes for any roofing needs you have.

We had a major roof leak on a weekend. Called Ryan Holmes Contracting, Inc. Since rain was predicted, they came over the same day and put a temporary patch on the leaking area to hold us over until we could have the roof repaired. This was done without any commitment from us that we would use their company for the actual reroofing. Needless to say, we were impressed and decided to go with them. Thankfully they were able to work us into their schedule and the work was completed within a few days. Their prices are reasonable, the workmanship is excellent, and the customer relations are above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
