,Overall, it went well.  One word of caution:  you need to know that the area you want done is level, as they will just put down the same width layer all over...if you tell them in advance that one part is too shallow, or dips (pools), then they will "float" it to make it level.  We were unaware of this, and ended up with some water pooling after it rained.  Once the process is done, it's too late to do anything about it, but they did come back and put in a small drain in the pooling area at no extra charge. This did help alleviate the issue.  Also, we didn't like the initial color we chose (not their fault at all) and had them come back and re-primed and stained for an additional $600. Because of the acrylic seal, it has a nice gleam, and is extremely easy to clean with a pressure nozzle on a hose.  You may also use 1 part bleach/1 part water for stubborn areas, but I can't imagine any material cleaning more easily.  I am now thrilled with how the patio looks.
