Al?s Powerwashing is a family business consisting of Al and
his son Zach. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job in
approximately 4.5 hours. My home is a 2 story, colonial with an attached two
car garage. Considering the square footage of the house, I considered his price
to be quite fair. Al is very passionate about his work. He was very knowledgeable
and kept my informed at various stages of the process. I was impressed at how
clean he was able to get the siding including the second story gutters which
had black mold on them. They were able to remove 15 years of dirt and grime
making the siding appear almost new again. Included in the cost was a
protectant that will inhibit the growth of green mold which is prevalent on the
north, east and west sides of the house. In addition to the house, they power washed
the concrete porch and sidewalk which was heavily stained and came out looking
new once again. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Al?s
Powerwashing and plan on using them again.

He explained the work he planned and kept me informed as the work progressed. He and his son worked together as a team. They did an outstanding job and take pride in the work they do. They even did the storage shed roof and siding as well as the patio blocks at no additional charge! I plan to use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing power washing.

Al does excellent work.  His work is meticulous. He informs you as to his plan of cleaning your home when he arrives and speaks with you a few times during the process.  Our mildew & black streaked gutters came out white.  The rust stains & mildew on the siding & brick foundation are gone.  Our home has dormers & two roofed porch areas with large collumns. One porch roof has a high walled sky light.  All came out clean to the last detail. He mixes his own cleaners to the strength needed for the surface & degree or type of dirt to be removed.  He rechecks his work before he leaves.  My husband & I were very impressed with his work ethic & will have him come again in the future.  We highly reccommend him to others.

Al and his son are true practitioners in power washing. They really understand that there is a science to it for best results. Al takes great pride in what he does and it shows in the quality of his work and customer service. Don't consider anyone else. Just use Al and his son. You will not be disappointed.

I was researched to find a reputable contractor for my in laws Anne and Jack Hallman in Bridgeville DE. They called this company. Their house and detached Garage was power washed. The work was performed in a professional manner. Al went above and beyond what was expected of the work performed.

Al Gore and his son, Zach were very professional.  Al's Powerwashing arrived on time, worked all day.  Their hard work turned my home from a much needed overhaul from the dirt and grime into an absolutely clean, white finish!  I have lived here since 2001 and my inlaws lived here for many years....NEVER has the brick on this house been so clean!  The door on the 3-car garage was very grimy from the mildew and algae, and Al and Zach made it look like a brand new door!

Al and his son arrived on time, introduced themselves to my husband (I wasn't up yet) and explained what they were going to do and went right to work preparing for the job.  They told my husband to keep coming outside periodically and see if he was satisfied with what they were doing. 
We live in a beautiful Victorian home on a large pond.  It's been a bad year for algae but it's even worse when you live on the water.  Our pale yellow home looked green in places.  We are so happy with the work Al and his son did for us.  And they had quite a large job on their hands.  The house on one side was very green and they also did three sheds.  They were very professional and knew their job and did it very well.  They made sure we came out and checked everything very closely before they left and said if we had any problems at all do not hesitate to call him.  They were so friendly and polite, courteous and very professional.  Our house is gorgeous again and looks brand new and we couldn't be happier.  Please don't even look for anyone else.  We have lived here for 9 years and have had the house cleaned many times and can honestly say we were never really satisfied.  There was always something they missed.  This experience was the very best by far.  Thank you so much.

Al did an excellent job. Our house is surrounded by trees and we have a problem with spider web webs.  It had gotten so bad our home looked like it was decorated for Halloween all the time! I checked Angies List for a company and Al's came up #1. I called and left a message. He got back to me the next day.  We arranged for him to look at the house and give me an estimate. I asked him for references and he was able to give me the name of homeowner in the neighborhood, who, when I contacted her said that he'd done a great job for her. Al gave me an estimate of $400 which sounded reasonable given the size and condition of the house.  His schedule was pretty booked up and we had to wait several weeks for him to be available, but it was absolutely worth it. He was very clear about when he'd be able to schedule, right down to the time that he'd text me to confirm the day and time.  On that day he showed up exactly on time and set to work. He presented himself in a very professional manner, clean and polite. His truck was clean, organized and well marked. He shared with me how he mixes his own cleaning chemicals  depending on the job and explained what he was going to do. When I drove up my driveway that afternoon I couldn't believe it, the house was gorgeous, not a cobweb in sight. Plus there were no chemical stains on the driveway, no run-off, not even a smell. Excellent job, we couldn't be happier.

Al provided us with specific details on the his approach and how he was going to proceed with cleaning our house and deck located on the bay side of Ocean City Maryland.  He also discussed the materials he was going to use and assured us that the products were safe and leave no residue.  He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns.  He was extremely professional and took his time and did the best job.  Our home looks brand new and so does our deck.   He also recommended a company to apply the deck sealant - we hired them.   We will definitely recommend him to all of our neighbors, family and friends. Matter of fact, he is scheduled to provide an estimate to one of our neighbors in Caines Wood.   And, we will definitely hire him again to help us maintain our home and deck.  Al is one of the best contractors we have come across servicing Ocean City Maryland.

Al was very punctual, he came and did what needed to be done very quickly and efficiently.  He made a list of other things that he saw around my property that might need to be done.  They were not things that he could do, so it wasn't like he was drawing up business for himself, but he made some observations when he was up doing the gutters.  He was very helpful in that regard.  I asked him if he knew someone who could paint my deck and he gave me the name of someone who could paint it.  I have been extremely pleased with everything that he has done.

Called his number. He personally answered and asked questions about the house and what I wanted. I asked about the chemicals he used, if they were GREEN, environmentally friendly, etc. We arranged a meeting and he worked around my schedule. He walked the property first, as I was meeting with other contractors, and then came back and waited until I was free to walk the property with me again. He explained exactly what he would be doing from beginning to end. He came back sooner than he had planned to perform the work and completed as promised. Excellent work! Worth every penny.

I called for an estimate. The next day, Al returned my phone call and scheduled an estimate for the following morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would and quoted me a price for all services performed.  I called back that day (Friday) to schedule the appointment.  He said to follow up with him on Sunday or Monday when he prepared his weekly schedule and he would try to work me in being I lived in close proximity to his location.  I sent him a text message on Monday morning and he scheduled me for that Thursday afternoon.  He showed up again exactly when he said he would and worked through completion of the job.  The finished product looked great.  He was able to remove almost all the dirt, grime, and mildew that had built up on the siding and flashing.  He also gave me some tips on preserving the siding and prolonging the life and/or frequency of power washing.  I would definitely use him again.

Everything about dealing with Al was great.  I left him a message to ask for a quote.  He called me back the same day, and came by my house within a few days to look and give me the quote.  His quote was the most reasonable one I received.  He broke the bid down into separate options (exterior only, roof only, fence only, or any combination).  He scheduled the work, and kept contact up until time for the job to start.  There was a lot of work to this job.  He cleaned all exterior walls of a 2-story 2000 sq ft house.  He cleaned both levels of my unusually shaped roof, and cleaned both sides of my very weathered wooden picket fence.  The roof had gone beyond the stage where there's black streaks on it, and there were actual patches where you could see algae/mold growing on it.  The total project took 2 full days.  When we pulled up at home after work Friday, we were blown away by how great the fence looked.  It had been very gray all over, and green in many places.  It really looks like a newly installed fence.  He came back on Saturday and spent all day working on the roof and exterior (including brick porch and sidewalk).  He did a great job, and I really can't say enough about how great everything looks now, and the value I feel I received for the amount of work he put in. 
Perhaps the best thing I can tell you:  Al was back in my neighborhood this week washing one of my neighbors' houses.  They had seen the quality of his work and had seen him working, and had scheduled him to clean their house too.
