"We noticed our 20+ year old tank started leaking and seeping into the rest of our home. We called and they were at our house in just over an hour to assess the problem. They gave us a quick, open, honest opinion of what the problem was and the best (and quickest) way to go about fixing it. They were back first thing the next morning and were in and out quickly. They communicated well whenever we had any questions, were polite, on time, and experts in their work. Would definitely recommend."
"They were the best! Quick and efficient. They were able to locate three leaks in the pool and repaired them on the spot. It has been several weeks now and I only have the normal evaporation. Prior to the fix, I was losing about 5 inches in three days. I would recommend them to anyone."
"We both a new house and one of the bathtubs was a little rough looking. They came in and worked all day and the tub looks amazing! It's cheaper than buying a new tub but it looks like a new tub!"
"I have had a Kinetico before, so invited Clearwater out for an estimate. Rob was very friendly and professional. The non-electric unit that I had previously was going to be too expensive; however, I am very pleased with the electric unit that I purchased, along with dechlorinator. James did an excellent job installing the equipment. I had a small issue with one of my faucets. Rob sent Caleb out right away and he had it fixed quickly. The warranty that comes with the equipment combination is great. Looking forward to many years of use."
"Christian showed up promptly to review our installation and to confirm they had a filtration system that would work for us. He was able to offer discounted pricing and next day installation! Super friendly, super professional and super helpful!"
"Mario was able to come 2 days after I called inquiring about doing the work. He worked quickly and did an amazing job. My range fit perfectly one he put it in place. He cleaned up very well, getting most of the dust from sawing the granite. He also cleaned the counter tops around the range and gave me recommendations for cleaner and sealer. His price was more than reasonable and I would definitely recommend and hire again."
"I read the reviews from others before hiring Four Seasons. Most people seemed happy with the finish product and pricing, but the reviews about communication and punctuality were quite spotty. I figured it was worth a shot. I can say that the reviews were fairly accurate. Beyond the initial estimates, I found responses to be quite slow. The install was supposed to take two days. Instead, it took four because on two of the days, we were stood up and no one showed to do the work (after we had arranged to be home from work those days). Additionally, when the subcontractor finally arrived to do the backsplash, he said that he had not been told about removing the old backsplash (which I made clear was part of our request). The sub called Four Seasons to say his price went up $375, and Four Seasons promptly contacted me to say that 'due to the complexity of the job, the price went up $375." Four Seasons simply forgot to tell the sub about the removal. At this point, my backsplash had already been ripped out, so there was no turning back. In my opinion, a reputable company would have acknowledged their oversight and eaten it (especially a company that claims, "no surprises" when it comes to pricing). The total price we paid for the kitchen was still reasonable, and if it weren't for the poor handling of the backsplash pricing, I would have otherwise given them an A. The quality of the work was decent. One of the seams is a bit wider and messier than I would have liked (I've remodeled a kitchen before, and have seen what excellent quality looks like), and on one side of the kitchen, the granite wasn't cut to be flush with the wall, causing us to improvise with the backsplash to cover it. Overall, the kitchen does look a lot better than before so I'm happy about that. But do be prepared to follow up again, and again and again. And definitely have a contingency built into your budget!! "
"I received a quote window for the work to be done, which was competitive with other companies. The reviews for SweepMyRoof were strong, and it was important to support a local business. Jeff arrived at the scheduled time, introduced himself, and detailed the work to be done. It was a hot, hot day, and Jeff worked incredibly hard at cleaning the gutters, trimming overhanging branches, and bagging all debris. When the day was done he offered a price that I felt was below the quality, and I happily paid a bit more for what was nothing short of A+ professional work. Communications with SweepMyRoof was fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. Jeff also does gutter repairs and installation, house/roof washing, and more."
Leaks, clogged drains, cracked basins, and worn-out seals are common problems that may require professional repair.
You’ll need a backsplash behind your pedestal sink in your bathroom. Because pedestal sinks mount directly to the wall and usually have smaller basins with narrow rims, it’s easier to splash and get water on the wall or floor. You’re better off having a backsplash while brushing your teeth or washing your hands.
Some of the most common plumbing problems in mobile homes are frozen pipes, leaking pipes, clogged drains, and low pressure. Since the pipes in a mobile home aren’t as insulated as those in a standard build, they’re more susceptible to fluctuating temperatures and damage.
Hairline cracks—tiny cracks in the surface—in porcelain sinks can happen due to age, chemical damage from cleaning products, dropping heavy objects on the sink, thermal shock from drastic temperature changes, stress during repairs, and manufacturing errors. Hairline cracks often start very small and grow longer and wider over time. While they may appear problematic, hairline cracks don’t indicate structural problems and may not impact the performance of sinks. However, they can eventually cause water leaks and mold growth if left to grow.
Yes, drain stoppers do come out. In some cases, you can twist them counterclockwise to remove them. You can lift some drain stoppers halfway to the raised position and unscrew them. For others, you will need to lift the drain stopper to the raised position and unscrew the stopper from the stem underneath the top of the stopper.
