"I'm so pleased with the work Marbin and his team did in my home. They took care of drywall repairs in the ceiling and wall adjacent to my electrical panel, including paint and popcorn finish. I can't tell where the damaged parts were. It looks really good. The second part of the project included installing access panels in my pantry to access the washer/dryer on the other side of the wall. It was more complicated than the average installation. Marbin came up with a great solution! Marbin and his team took care to protect my hardwood floors before they got started. Once they were finished, they did an excellent job cleaning up. "We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."
