THank you much to Erick for doing this so quickly, we had a unfinished piece of work that we needed to be completed urgently as our previous contractor had other work and could not complete. Erick was before time, gave us heads up he was coming and then did a professional job of putting drywall tape, mudding and then finishing, applying texture. He had to remove the trim that was installed around the door to do this properly. They were also able to get us in quickly within a day since this was not a big job. Most professional would not want to take up this find of work - so appreciate Erick's and EB Remodeling and Repair assistance. We were also able to get an estimate for other work that we plan to do in future.

The main qualities that you look for in a home repair provider are: 1) timeliness; 2) attention to detail; 3) quality and completeness as to the work performed; and 4) value. Erick and his crew exceeded our expectations as to all of these areas. We were so pleased by their work that we are expanding the original scope of work to include new projects. We are very thankful to have found people with such great work ethic and diligence.

They were very neat, and cleaned up nicely. The sheet rocking was done very meticulously. The garage ceiling they installed need a lot of woodwork prior to installing. They removed bracketing for the garage door properly and re-mounted it over the Sheetrock. They did everything the right way. I’m impressed. I used to do drywall and plastering in my younger days. I’d rehire them for my next project without any second thoughts. They also installed an attic fold out ladder. It all came out great!

They show up on time and they completed the work in one day. Their work was excellent.

The owner, Larry James from the start was First Class!! Started at the time he said he would, very courteous, professional and kept the work area exceptionally clean.

Communication was great. Showed when he said he would. Clean. Respectful. Walls and ceiling look great. Finished job on the time line he said.

Eric and his partner arrived on a Sunday as promised and completed a quality job in one day as promised. I would totally hire Eric again.
