Eric was a thorough inspector and his inspection helped me avoid purchasing a problem property. In particular, he noticed that there were areas of the building roof that were lifting - no longer adhered to the roof deck. In addition to the problem areas of the flat roof, there were also sections of tile roofing, and some of those had visible cracks. The apartment that I was looking at was on the top floor - right under the roof. The roof was in need of replacement. When I asked the condominium association about their plans for the roof, they indicated that the roof was installed in 2005 and that they had no plans for a replacement until 2045... This approach to building maintenance - or not to maintain the building - caused me to back out of the sale within the inspection period. Eric's services were invaluable.

I needed a home inspection because I observed potential nail pops in certain areas of the house, and suspected a moisture problem on the roof or in the attic. Eric was very thorough in investigating my specific concern and explaining causes and effects. He also provided me with a list of maintenance tasks that should be done based on the age of my house. He was a pleasure to work with as well.

Honestly, I couldn't of asked for a better service! Eric was super responsive and thorough. He made sure that every nook and crany was checked and/or properly working. His report on the property I was interested in was very detailed, to the point and honest! There is nothing a value more then the professionalism and honesty Eric provided. I cannot begin to praise Eric for his inspection service. After spending nearly three hours combing through the home, he provided a comprehensive report the next day that had the current owner in shock and disbelief. The current owner (who upon reviewing the report called Eric "an incompetent imbecile"), went as so far as to hire her own inspector who in fact confirmed Eric's findings. We are renegotiating the transaction at a significantly lower price thanks to Eric!!!

OMG Eric is such a nice guy. He did not rush and took his time. Very easy to talk to and he explains everything thoroughly one by one. He showed me the issues (nothing show stopping) and showed me each one and suggested how to remedy each one. He did not sugar coat anything. The condo is from the 80's and he told me what to expect with a place that needs some updating and what could happen if eventually I do not. Very helpful to a first time home buyer who has no clue. Answered every question I had. It was like talking to a friend who has your best interest. I will definitely recommend his company! Thank you Eric.

Eric responded immediately and explained Home Inspection services to be performed. An appointment was set up in a very timely manner. As Eric was performing the inspection, he described each step. A few important issues were brought to our attention. Both real estate agents were informed. Wonderful rapport. We’re first time home buyers and Eric took a lot of time out to explain everything to us. Called me multiple times to explain things before and after the inspection.
