STAY AWAY - DO NOT USE They redid my pool deck and the pool area was left in a dangerous condition, and their refusal to properly address the issue is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and poor handling of the situation has been deeply frustrating. If you value your property and expect even basic customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, I would.

contracted the company to do a pool lining and pool patio. They did a horrible job and are not honoring their warrant. The patio has gotten completely discolored and pieces of the pool lining are falling off.

An absolute horrible company!! The owner is rude and disrespectful when ever you can actually get him on the phone and their work on our pool was horrible! It took over 4 months for them to finish a project that was to take 3 weeks. Do not use these guys!!!

My husband and I had been given a few very high quotes for cement overlay and design for our pool deck area. We set up an appointment with Arthur,he was quick and efficient. He talked to me and helped trouble shoot what to do with us like he was a close friend.The pice was great!!! His crew actually were able to come out a few days earlier than we had thought they would which was great. They came out and were very professional and respectful of our property keeping everything very clean. The deck turned out to be exactly what we had in mind. I would highly recommend Arthur and his crew to anyone!!!

There is no way to give zero stars. They have no idea how to get permits approved in Pembroke Pines. They are not used to doing permits according to the city. They failed for 4.5 months. Once we got more involved is too 4 weeks. The city told us not to let the contractor come back after they approved MY drawing and MY plans. They said He is "arrogant and does not follow instructions ". He also has a diminished mental capacity so the company will not let us talk to him. They will tell you he has a stutter to make you feel bad. But that is not the truth. Contractor is not the owner. The owner hides from customers. They will not give his cell number out. He does not come in to the office until 11-12. He leaves early and only called me when he jacked the prices. His contractor never came to the house. HIS salesman measured wrong by 200 sf and I AM THE ONE WHO HAD TO PAY $2200 MORE THAN QUOTE. The office staff is so **** rude. You can hear how miserable they are in their voice. The salesman had one good idea. PAVERS. He had the lowest quote because he "made a mistake" and measured low. I cannot see how. We staked out the yard with twine and it remains tied to the fence and the finished patio is almost identical to it. Plus,his design COULD NEVER GET approved to hold the screen enclosure his own company quoted (they did not get the screen contract. We went to another company for a better screen for half the money.) The other screen company told us what the paver company needed to do and that helped us make the plan the city accepted. The subcontractor literally saved us. They busted their butts, showed up when they said and noticed another fatal flaw in the original design. That we did not have a concrete block retaining border planned. I know as soon as I hear owners voice, he is asking again for more money. But I have no choice once he explains why we need it, and I pay the extra $400. (Part of the $2200) If you see Patio, Pools and Driveways Inc at your door, don't let them in.

They were very prompt to come out and give an estimate. After I hired them, they began to drag their feet, not coming for days/weeks at a time. I was in a time crunch and needed it done by my grandson's birthday party. Finally they came in and "finished" just before the party. There are 2 low points that collect water and now, 3 years later, an entire, huge section has lifted and caved in. They are and have been completely unresponsive every single time I have called. Beware!

The worst company I have ever dealt with and that’s saying a lot for Florida. I should have read the reviews before hiring them but the salesman Mark was a nice guy so I went with that but he has no control over the company. The new owner Ron Barnea has to be the worst person I have ever dealt with. We paid them close to $20,000. We had limestone laid around our pool area and was told the sealer would protect it. With one rainfall There were marks that looked like rust all around the pool area and dirt in the pores of the limestone. We took a pressure washer and tried to clean it up ourselves. It did not clean up and when we had them come back they said it was our fault because there must’ve been something dripping off our roof. If it was sealed properly it should not have gotten any marks no matter what nor would the dirt get stuck in the pores of the stone. They told me don’t worry they want to make us happy. To make a very long story short they are trying to tell us it is our fault and they want to charge us $1200 to clean up and reseal the area. At this point we are just going to hire our own people. They use all subcontractors that you can find on Craigslist for true. This is my first negative review I have ever written but I don’t want what we have been through and what I am feeling right now to happen to anyone else

I was very pleased with  the service and the way the workers work. The foreman  was there if you want to ask him something and the workers were helpful and friendly. The guys who did the patios did an excellent job on the painting of the pattern  of the driveway. they match my house color perfect. The only thing that bothers me was the fact that they told me the sealer was non slippery and there is 3 or 4 places that is very slippery when you got out of the pool. May be if I wait - in time  it will get better. Over  all l we are very pleased with the company's work and Brad , the contractor answer all your calls all the time. There work was so good that 2 of my neigbors got them to do there driveways right away.

They ghosted me. They gave me no service and lied to me over and over and over again.

they did an incredible job.  after the y finished the last section the sky opened up and poured on what they just finished.  1area that bubbled they came back next day to fix.   3 months later a couple ares inn that section bubbled and they came back no problems to fix again.

Very fast, and punctual, did everything they said they were gonna do. Very smooth and very accommodating to our needs as a restaurant. Didn't have to close down at all. Would definatly recommend there company.

It was done as set , taking arrangement with owners having to go out there unit , keeping the place clean at the end of the day work and totally at the end of the work after showing me and asking if the work was totally done right , which I said yes because it was. Our intention is to use them again for another project we have in out commun area ,

I had them put down brand new overlay on my whole back yard, they redid my enitre pool, & build me a deck for my hot tub.
I'm so happy with the work they did for us.

This job went smoothly. I am satisfied with the work that Patios, Pools, and Driveways did for me. They completed my driveway in 2 days, and it looks amazing. My wife is beyond happy with the work they did for us.

They arrived on time. They did everything the way we wanted. It only took 2 days. They called afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We really are. We had no problem with them. The driveway workmanship is awesome. We recommend them highly.

Work was finished in 4 days, exactly how long it was quoted to take.  Price was excellent, work was amazing.  Very happy with the company.

We couldn't be happier. The crew was awesome! i signed the contract on August 7, and made final payment after the work was completed on August 17. This was a lot of work. Pool area: we had an area close to the house where a cracked deco drain had caused a void over the years. They took out a piece of slab, filled with compacted dirt and concrete and replaced with new deco drain. Most of our deck was surfaced with Sundek. That was all hand ground down before they resurfaced. The deck is gorgeous! Driveway: 10 years ago we added a third car garage, the seam to that section went all the way from the house to the road. At some point over the years we had to replace out septic tank. The tractor doing this work cracked my driveway. This past summer our neighborhood went from septic to sewer. The bottom section of my driveway had to be taken out for access then replaced. Needless to say, my driveway was awful with all of the seams and cracks. Patios pools and driveways filled in a planting area close to the house to make my walkway wider then resurfaced and stained my driveway. The results are beautiful! LOVE IT! The crew was awesome. They worked so hard. They cleaned up everyday before leaving. They were friendly. All couldn't speak English but the foreman could and he was ALWAYS on the job site. It was obviously each member of the crew knew what they were doing. They were NOT day laborers. We couldn't be happier with the results.

I am beyond satisfied with the work that Patios Pools and Driveways did for me.  From start to finish, it was a smooth process.  The office staff is extremely helpful, along with the workers for the job.  They showed up on time, and completed the job within a timely manner.  My patio looks amazing, and i couldn't be more happier!!!

I was referred to them by my neighbor.  The salesman Brad came out and was very
informative and knowledgeable.  I got a few other estimates but they offered the best price
for the job and he told me they can start within 2 weeks. 
The job was done as scheduled and they were very professional.  I was very happy with the work
and my driveway looks fabulous.
I do recommend them and Ill use them again in the future for my patio.

We had a pretty good experience and I would recommend them.  We were having rainy days so we had to reschedule a few times. 
When they finally got here, the workers got started and a few days later we had an amazing backyard & driveway.  They were neat and cleaned up when they were done.  They even put my furniture back and I had no expectation of that.  The office staff was nice, cordial and very responsive.

On April 1 Patios Pools and Driveways were contracted to install a simple concrete driveway but the bottom half of the driveway was not poured or finished properly.  This resulted in a lumpy uneven finish with gouges, chips and cracks and it does not drain properly.  They were paid $5000 in full.  My mistake!!  Brad came around looking for full payment as they were working on the job because he said he needed to pay people in his office.  This should have been my first clue there was a problem if he was so desperate for money that he didn't have enough to pay his employees.  When the contractor who works for PPD finished the job that evening he admitted that it was not good and that I should contact Brad which I did just hours after he left with my check.  This was a Friday and he didn't have the decency to even come look at the problem until Wednesday of the following week.  I knew then I was screwed but he kept assuring me that they would make the job right.  That was April 1 and now 6 months later he has refused to correct his mistake and make the job right. He now has resorted to blaming the company that delivered the concrete but I was watching the whole time and the concrete was poured at exactly the time the contractor asked them to pour.  The concrete delivery company did not leave the job until all the concrete was poured and the contractor told them it was OK to leave.  There was only one person working on this job and he obviously could not finish the concrete quickly enough on his own.  This is when the concrete began to dry and because it started to set he could not get it smooth.  It resulted in a very lumpy and poor job.  I could have done better with sacks of concrete bought at Home Depot and a 2x4 to smooth it out.  This company will rip you off.  If anyone insists on doing business with them do not, I repeat, do not pay them in full until you are completely satisfied with the job.  Obviously that was my mistake but I did not expect the level of deceit and shady business practices that I have dealt with in the last 6 months.  After reading several reviews with similar complaints I can only I can only surmise that this company is criminal in nature.  Stay away.
