 the first job was done on time and on budget, clean and polite workers who treated our home as if was their own.   while it took 3 tries to get the hot water issues fixed including installing a jumper tankless heater in tandem with the system.  Sead troubled shoot this issue, researching it and also called the manufacturer and got specs to run it tandem.  now we have unlimited hot water to the spa shower / tub.
the exterior  paint job was an extensive project due to all the previous contractors work and patches of raw concrete that needed to be prepped and primed prior to painting.

He was able to come right away and fix the problem. He immediately got to work, mounted it correctly, and patched up the holes in the wall from the previous mounting job.
