Pristine LandscapesIf you need a professional landscaping company look no further than Pristine Landscapes. Our experience with Pristine was absolutely terrific from the initial contact with Sue Sommer (owners sister) to the end of the job. Sue came out, we described what we wanted and she sent a design image to us within a couple days. Her design was just what we wanted, we agreed on a price and the job was scheduled. Sue kept in constant communication before and during the job, she is not only a great designer but a consummate professional. Her crew arrived right on time on day one of the two day job; the crew members were extremely hard working and polite, an obvious reflection of the company's professionalism. Sue spent much of the next two days making sure the job was done up to Pristine's standards, the result is a beautifully landscaped yard, front and back. We can't say enough about Sue and the guys, the hundreds of A ratings they have received are well deserved. We would definitely use Pristine again and recommend them without reservation.- Barry B.

R&K CONTRACTING, INC.R&K was chosen for the project after interviewing numerous other contractors. They were not the absolute cheapest but promised the highest quality construction and they delivered at a very fair price! The insurance adjuster inspected the property and said that it was PREMIUM construction which significantly lowered our insurance premiums. High quality crew, courteous and punctual. Stayed on the job until it was complete. Brought the job in on time and at contract price. Would absolutely recommend and work with R&K again!- Philip S.

Ross ServicesFrom the beginning Greg Ross was a pleasure to work with. I am a retired Florida General Contractor with 30+ yrs. in S. Florida. I found Greg and his team very competent, punctual and professional. They demonstrated the skill set that enabled the job to be completed within the 7 day schedule. One thing I noticed early and liked was that not once did I notice any of Greg's team standing by idly, "holding up a shovel". Greg was on the job daily to answer any questions/ concerns I had. These were very few! Ross Services were very diligent after I accepted the pool and cut my last check to make sure no unexpected issues came up and handled them (2 minor issues) the same day that I called Greg. Ross ServicesThe project took several days, after permitting was obtained (by ROSS). Old driveway removal and plotting of new driveway scheme took approx. one day. Pouring of concrete, coloration and design imprints (stamped concrete) took another. There was a final surface finish of the driveway and a finish of greenery abutting driveway before completion. All done in a timely, reasonably priced and professional manner. As a new comer to the state, I was incredibly fortunate to engage ROSS SERVICES for the job. This company provides a number of other services as well. Check the website. I will definitely hire ROSS again for fencing and pool tile work when I begin those projects. Ross ServicesBrian showed up on time to give us a quote. He came prepared with samples and photos. He was very patient with us as we decided on what colors and styles we wanted and answered all our questions. Brian worked with our budget and gave a great price. He called us when he said he would and told us when he was able to start. His crew showed up around 9 and worked till 7 the first day, nonstop. They even took turns eating lunch so that someone was working all day. The next day, they showed up at 8:30 and worked till 6. Brian sent me pictures the first day to show progress. He came by the second day to see if we were happy with everything and if we had an concerns or questions. The next day, Saturday, another crew showed up to prep the surface for Diamond Brite. The pool and patio was finished by Monday afternoon. 4 days total. Brian stayed in touch with us daily to make sure we were happy with progress. We found 2 broken pavers and he replaced them. Also, he provided pool service for the first few weeks because the pool needed special attention to get it where it should be. We were very happy with the service Brian provided. I wish all contractors would be as diligent and professional as Brian Ross. We will recommend him to our friends and hire him for any future projects. He has a great work ethic which is rare in South Florida.- Gail S.

Ross ServicesWe talked to Brian at Ross Services on Saturday to explain what we wanted to do; he came by and gave us an estimate on Sunday, at which time we chose the color(s) that we wanted and the work began on Monday. His employees did a high quality job of laying the caulking color, then drawing, by hand, into the caulk to form large 'slabs' of stone. They then colored, by hand, each 'slab' in a variation of the colors that we chose. The job was done by the following Saturday which was quite a feat as it rained almost every day and each stage of the job needed to dry overnight. Ross Services does not sub out their jobs. All workers are employed by Ross and I must say they did a very professional job. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Brian and staff!- Brenda S.

I want to share with you all my experience with total home roofing. I feel the need to do this because I have recommended them several times on this site and others. Now I feel honor bound to scream buyer beware after the sale you are dropped like a hot potato! I hired them for a metal roof installation and signed with them in August knowing it would be several weeks till they started. They started thanksgiving week and did not finish until December 21st. There were delays in materials, no workers available and that was a long month for them to put on my roof still, I remained patient. When the broke off a sprinkler I noted it with them nothing was done so I fixed it. When they broke both my screen doors because they didn’t know how to use the metal slides, I let them know nothing done so again I fixed it. When a worker fell off the roof I was extremely upset calling the Forman it had me crying my eyes out. When the job was done and the metal tabs they left to divert water was dumping water at the face of anyone coming to my front door, I sent Eli a video with no response so again I had to fix it! When payment was due and believe me it was not cheap they tried to charge me for extra plywood that was not used it just sat in my yard getting soaked. Luckily I had taken pictures of it and they adjusted the bill but VERY SHADY ! Now the back of the house was flooding over into my patio sitting area so I figured the gutters were full (trash wrappers, screws, cardboard rolls all living in my gutters not cleaned up after they left, I got on the ladder (at my age and poor health not good )and there is only an inch to try to get my fingers in to clean it! The back gutter now rendered useless. I have been calling since March 2nd and again NO RESPONSE . Buyer beware I now have zero trust that this company will honor any warranty!

Three years ago Ross Services installed travertine tiles on my lanai/pool deck. They did an excellent job. Three years later, three tiles were damaged, one as a result of the repair of a pool leak. I called Brandon at Ross Services and explained the problem. Within a reasonable period of time Brandon got back to me and gave me a time that the repair would be done. The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call. I would highly recommend Ross Services for anyone looking for tile/paver work and the many other services they provide.
