At a few minutes before 10 the repair man called to ask if he could come. He arrived a short time later and gave me a quote and I accepted it. He started working and replaced the wheel I knew was bad and two others he said were going to fail soon. He also adjusted the spring so the the door doesn't slam like it had been doing. The door also sound much better now going up and down after he finished."
