"Ken has an eye for detail and he was able to articulate repairs need to keep your unit running for the long term. His work leaves no stone left unturned and his repair recommendations are based on integrity. I was very happy with the maintenance work and the additional repair that was required. I plan to have him back for because he gave me a fair price on a UV light and air purifier."

"Esmir R did a great job and fixed an issue with a leaky and no -functioning humidifier connected to my heating furnace. After this installation of new humidifier the heater furnace started working and a water leak stopped after installation of new and operational humidifier. Thank you."

"Hiring Coast to Coast Heating & Air Conditioning was one of the best decisions we've ever made! Peter returned my call and responded onsite within a couple of hours. He inspected our system at no charge and recommended a replacement unit. He was very patient in answering our questions. Installation was very professional and the new system was installed and working in only a few hours. A few weeks after our home unit was replaced, another A/C system that cools our barn feed room/office and workshop broke. We have a 501c3 non-profit horse rescue organization and our volunteers work hard and deserve a cool place for breaks! We also have feed, medications, and supplements that need to be kept in cool locations. Again, the response was amazing and, fortunately, the system was able to be repaired. The cost for each job was very reasonable. We were very blessed to find Peter when we were shopping around and we definitely recommend Coast to Coast Heating & Air Conditioning for repairs and full installation systems!"

"My unit was smoking..i have my grandson fulltime. They moved mountains to get to me in a rush. The service was great. The tech even messaged me when he was on the way. I had expressed my dire need for services and they responded in a timely fashion. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs top quality service at a fair price and quick turnaround. Thank you!!"

"Professional, efficient. Took a bunch of lint out of my vents. Will certainly hire again!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They have been very good. They have been pretty fair. If it’s a minor problem, they will fix it. They don’t say, “oh, it’s going to be this” and jack up the price. They are not the cheapest guys in town, but with him explaining what they needed to do and all of that, I can tell that they know what they are doing. At least, they can tell me what is going on and whether it’s going to be an expensive job or a cheap job and get it taken care of. Actually, I have them scheduled to come out and do some more work."

"Mike did a great job. Answered all questions and explained everything. Very nice and professional....We found our new air and heat company very happy."

"I will NEVER allow anyone else to service or repair my HVAC systems. Lon's technical competence is exceeded ONLY BY HIS INTEGRITY!"
