Alan Guffey Remodels

Alan was courteous and did a fantastic job on my total remodel of my downstairs. He built a living room, 2 bedrooms. Which included all lighting, electrical, doors and windows. He did such a great job I had him make a door out of a window and a beautiful deck at the back of my house!!!

I hired Alan to do some sheet rock removal and install new on some walls and ceiling in the house . He also did texture on ceiling section . He’s easy to work with and gets job done in timely manner. I will definitely be calling him in future for other jobs around the house

Alan arrived at the stated time and worked hard till he was done for the day. He followed the proposed plan. I could tell that he was thorough and did not cut corners. At the end he asked if there was more he could do to make me a happy customer. I would be pleased to have his help on another project.

Alan was very professional. I would recommend him to friends and family. I would also use him again for a future home improvement projects. We talked about the project before we start it, he gave me regular updates throughout the project to let me know the next step. When the job was almost completed, he had me come in and review the job to make sure both of us were on the same page and the job was on task. Very professional very friendly will use him again.

We have had a great experience working with Alan. We remodeled our bathroom and closet in our master bedroom and the communication and craftsmanship have been excellent. Alan came in with a competitive price, and even as we changed the scope of work a bit he worked with us and made solid recommendations. I plan on using Alan for future projects that we have coming up and would highly recommend him to anyone. I would further add that he is trustworthy and just a good person. One day when my wife's car was in the driveway but she was not home he called me because that was out of the ordinary just to make sure she was ok. She was :) but the concern was appreciated.

We hired Alan to transform our attic space into a master bathroom suite and walk in master closet. I wish I could add pictures to show the great job he did. We will definitely use Alan again for projects we need done!

Efficient and professional, kept me well informed

Alan is a funny guy! He will get the job done and you will be pleased. He is a talker, but backs it up. His prices are more than fair, and he takes his job and reputation seriously. He fixed an ongoing leak in our master shower, and repaired the drywall in our garage, which was caused by the leak. He allowed us to use the shower for a week to ensure the leak was gone, before he repaired the drywall. Great work!

Alan is great to work with! he always shows up when he says he is going too. He was honest and clear about all fees and cost. He was very honest about what he is good at doing and what he isn t. I have a beautiful new bathroom!

Alan updated 2 of our bathrooms. He showed up every day at a good time and stayed with our renovation until it was finished. In spite of us not having as much tile as we needed to when he was ready for it, he was patient with us and guided us to completion of the job. His millwork was awesome! His assistant Collin put down tile and it is beautiful. We are going to have him come back for a couple of other projects this winter. We finally found a terrific contractor that we can trust to give us a good value and do an excellent job from beginning to end! We highly recommend Alan Guffey!

He is amazing, very great at getting the picture out of your head and makes it happen, very positive attitude will always let you know what the game plan is 100% words can't amount to what this man can do I'm so thankful we hired him you will be very blessed to and thankful
