"Alan and Cody (the painters) did a great job in painting my house interiorly. We are pleased with their punctuality, patience, and quality of work. However, I had some concerns about a couple of issues. The first one is that there was no explicit mention in the contract about extra fees to fix the drywalls (if needed). I was asked to pay, at the end, an extra $250 for that although the contract states that the company should get a written consent from me in advance, which never happened. For courtesy, I paid that extra amount of money. The second concern was related to partially painting two doors including the front one of the house. Barbie (owner) considered the two sides of such a door as two separate doors, which does not make any good sense, and which was never mentioned explicitly in the contract, which we both signed in advance. I discussed this with her. She promised to think about it, but she never came back to me."

"Freddy and his team (Elio and Jose) were awesome. We are quite picky and specific with our home and expect perfection, which is what we received. We pointed out minor flaws with a few areas and they tackled them immediately. The quality of work from prepping to clean up was exceptional. Our job included painting the entire interior, walls and ceiling. We were quoted a week to do the job and that is what it took. We were able to talk to the team on a daily basis to discuss the rooms being worked on and the progress they expected to accomplish each day. Freddy's company does not close out the job until he comes on site and gives his thumbs up. I actually missed seeing the guys when the job was done. I fully recommend. They work very hard!"
