The contractors did not use drop cloths in all areas where they were painting and got paint on my brand new carpet. The attention to detail was not there and the finishing was mediocre. They also left to go work on another project during mine, expanding the project to three days instead of two. I thought there was a problem with the paint color which actually turned out to be lighting making the color look very different and they took care of that, but they also did not have anyone who spoke English well. It was very difficult to communicate with them because they would have to call their manager to then call me and they weren't always available. Overall the finished product was ok, but there were missed spots, bad drywall fixes, and even paint brush marks that weren't fixed. Like tan paint on the white ceiling.

The workers worked well together from start to finish . They were courteous at all times and cleaned up each day as they prepared for the next. Alan and Cody (the painters) did a great job in painting my house interiorly. We are pleased with their punctuality, patience, and quality of work. However, I had some concerns about a couple of issues. The first one is that there was no explicit mention in the contract about extra fees to fix the drywalls (if needed). I was asked to pay, at the end, an extra $250 for that although the contract states that the company should get a written consent from me in advance, which never happened. For courtesy, I paid that extra amount of money. The second concern was related to partially painting two doors including the front one of the house. Barbie (owner) considered the two sides of such a door as two separate doors, which does not make any good sense, and which was never mentioned explicitly in the contract, which we both signed in advance. I discussed this with her. She promised to think about it, but she never came back to me.

"Mr. Tadros, First, I would like to say thank you for your business and I am sorry you had a couple of concerns. I would be happy to discuss any of them if you would like. Regarding the drywall repair, when we bid on a project, we usually provide a price for any repair that we are able to identify. In your case, the drywall damage was done by a different contractor after we bid on the project but before we performed the work. We assessed the damage late Friday and gave you a price on Monday. Due to the time constraints of your schedule, we completed the work over the weekend. The $250 is a fair price for the repairs. I certainly understand your confusion regarding the doors. Unless otherwise specified, we include the doors facing the inside of the room being painted. This is the industry standard. In your case, the additional doors you wanted us to paint faced the outside of the home and were not in the scope of the project. Also, exterior surfaces usually require a different paint system to weather the elements. If you still want this completed, we will be happy to provide you a price to paint them. I saw pictures of your home and it looks beautiful. I hope you enjoy it."

This is an excellent paint job at a reasonable price. Every team member was competent, courteous, professional and paid great attention to detail. There was a lot of work involved with painting the large chimney area and they did it all with extreme care. The cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend CentraPro North Orlando!!
