"We've owned our house for about 3 years and the exterior needed some TLC. The previous paint was chalking, there was staining, patching needed, and so on. We went through Angie's List to hire someone to do the job. Troy was one of 4 quotes that we received to paint the exterior of our house. Troy was the last of our quotes and when he came out he self-admittedly say he would not be the cheapest estimate, but wouldn't be the highest either. Sure enough, Troy was about the midpoint from all of the quotes we received. What made us decide on Troy and his company was his honesty about what was going to happen, things included his cost (like taking out screens on our back porch so the back of the house could be reached), who on his team would be doing the work, and his 17 years of experience in the painting business. There were a few unexpected delays in starting the job due to weather (but that happens in Florida), but I wasn't in a rush as long as the job as done right. Troy's team of 2 painters who painted our house were Victor and Pete. They were professional, friendly, hard-working, and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. The job spanned about 5 days and included pressure washing, filling cracks, patching the stucco, applying sealant, and then painting the house and trim. The work done by Troy's guys was absolutely amazing as you can see from the picture. I can't praise Troy and his team enough for the work they do and we couldn't be more in love with our newly improved house! Troy and his team definitely gave our house the TLC we were looking for. We will be needing some interior painting done in the future, and Troy will be our only choice! Thank you Troy and Team for all you did and taking care of our house!"
