"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! "I've been a customer for 4 years now. Since moving to Boca 8 years ago, this is my third AC company. The first two, I had constant issues with. And then I found Island Air 4 years ago. Since then, I wouldnt change a thing. Island Air has been awesome. They are extremely professional, responsive, always on-time, etc. My first experience with them was buying a brand new unit. Since then, it has been regular servicing every 6 months. Today is the first time I have had a "warranty" issue. Island Air replaced the capacitor no problem, for no charge since Im still under warranty. They did it with a smile on their face and didnt give me a hassle at all. "Travis was amazing! I called Travis yesterday in the evening and he took my call after 7pm since my washing machine stopped working. He came today and brought the drain pump with him based on the error codes on the washing machine. He took the machine apart and the drain trap had 2 kids socks jammed in there which caused the washer not to work. The part he brought with him was not needed and he only charged me for the service appointment. I also had Travis look at my Refrigerator/Freezer ice maker since it wasn’t pushing ice out of the machine. He was able to fix this issue in 10 minutes. I would 100% recommend Travis for any appliance related issue and will be referring him to all of my contacts. He was very professional and explained everything to me and guarantees his work for 90 days. Thanks again Travis!!!!"

"My Plumber Seth Williams was professional, knowledgeable, and neat. Seth showed up on time and kept me informed of what needed to be done. What should have been a routine toilet installation, but in my older house it was not. The old flange was cobbled in and bent Seth took the time and effort to repair the pipe and install the flange correctly. The new toilet would not flush after installation, Seth made the effort to troubleshoot the problem that was the fault of the seller or the manufacturer.
