"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! "I called this company for a water heater leakage issue. They came for a free estimate and told me the leak was coming from the water heater, that it was not repairable, and needed to be replaced. The estimate seemed reasonable, so I trusted the ?Angi-approved? professionals and went ahead with the replacement. The very next day, after installing a new tankless water heater, the leak was still there. I called them back, and this time they said the leak was actually coming from inside the wall. They asked for an additional $350 just to open the wall and check the problem. When I asked why they replaced the water heater if the leak wasn?t from there, their answer was simply that the heater was old and ?needed to be replaced? and that the full pan of water was proof, yet no pan was ever installed to begin with. They then claimed the wall issue was unrelated and required extra payment. This was extremely disappointing. Not only was the problem misdiagnosed, but I spent more than I needed. "

"hMG Florida Construction totally remodeled a small master bathroom: new wall tile, floor tile, tub, toilet and bidet, and entry door. The previous tub was a 70” low access alcove tub which is not currently available. Owner, Jesus Grafina suggested a 60” alcove tub and built in a tiled bench/shelf, which was the perfect solution. Jesus gave us a prompt, complete and accurate estimate and started work quickly. This job was completed by three amazing workers, doing high quality work ahead of schedule. We appreciated the care they took to protect our floors, and they swept and cleaned up at the end of each working day. "My thermostat died. The technician installed a new thermostat which turned out to be defective. After back & forth, he was finally willing to replace it. Then he told me that my freon was low and said he filled it up. He got very upset with me when I wanted to pay for the thermostat and freon separately. He said that the freon would be $200. When I said I'd pay for it with a check separately, he became very upset, stating that $200 would do nothing for him.??? Huh? I thought I was paying the company, not him individually. What??? Then he later told me to forget about sending the check. What??? Now we are at the 4th home call to replace the 3rd thermostat. And it's Not the thermostat I requested from the beginning of this debacle, but some cheap variation of Honeywell. Still paying the original cost of the thermostat, I now have #3 thermostat and waiting to see what happens. Oh, I have asked the manager to call me several times, and he never has. I will never have anything to do with this company again. Premier Comfort A/C is more like Worst A/C ever!"
