I also just prucahsed a new jole and they helped me go trhoigh the ossuss called out in the inspection to let me know what should be taken caee of sooner rather than later. Tom came out and cleaned out the clog and informed me that it wasn't the garbage disposal. He was very honest and professional. He could have upsold me on a new garbage disposal, but didn't do that. He also cleaned out a small clog in the master bathroom. He explained everything and gave me some hints on how to avoid getting a clog again. He then cleaned up afterward.
