Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
We hired PF Roofing to repair or roof as the result of a home inspection that out buyers conducted. He was very knowledgeable about our situation and warned us that our buyer may not be able to get insurance with just a repair. Sure enough, we checked with our buyer and they were having trouble getting insurance. Jason was great to work with. He worked directly with our insurance company. He was prompt in getting things moving, knowing that we were on a timeline to sell/close on the house. He kept communicating with us throughout the process. I always knew what was happening. At the end, he even gave us a Veteran discount. Great company to work with.

They did good quality work but greatly over-priced. Had about 30 feet of cedar trim on a dormer replaced, primed, 3 coats of paint on the new trim then 2 coats of paint on the dormer. About $350 of materials and 14 hours labored, a lot of which was waiting for paint to dry. I supplied the paint. Cost was $1500. Won t hire again

"Thanks for your review Mike, let me add in our defense that this project was on a steep roof, 9-12 pitch, and the painting was added after we had finished and demobilized. Performing the work required special equipment modified specifically for the space in front of your dormer. We had 2 man crew there for 2 days-- on time on schedule--- when no other contractor would show up for a small project in a hurricane damaged local environment. We also carry full workers compensation insurance on our crews and pay for each lead that Home Advisor sends us, which in your case was an incorrectly described lead costing $88.00. Based on the above we feel the price you were billed was fair, but do thank you for your feedback."
