Total Comfort Solutions, LLC

I needed two different services and comfort solutions was able to service my A/C and while I was on the phone I also scheduled to have two spigots replaced. Now the A/C service was excellent but the plumbing cost to replace two spigots which took no more than an hour cost 740.00. I'd recommend comfort solutions for heating and cooling. Plumbing service is way above the high range cost for services in our area.

Feels like legalized extortion. Installation of the unit was fine, unit ran fine for the last 2 months of summer for the year it was installed. then the next year I noticed the A/C running almost 24/7 just to keep temperature. Their maintenance tech said that it was measuring low on coolant, but they would need to run a dye test (That we would have to pay for $$$)to confirm that there was a leak. After several months of back and forth phone calls with many different people in their chain of command they finally agreed to run the dye test. Turns out there was a leak, inside the evap coils on the interior of the unit. The Manufacturer (Lennox) would send out a replacement part but we would still have to pay for the labor and coolant $$$$. I am in no way happy with Lennox either. Total Comfort Solutions then tried multiple times to push their own Extended "Warranty, a warranty that my pregnant wife, soon to be born child, and I would have to wait 91 Days of summer heat without a/c until the coverage of the warranty begins. This has been the most egregious and frustrating experience I have ever had with a company. A company that does not care about customers or standing behind their products and services, just profits. I would never recommend this company for any service.

I had the worst experience with Grassi, our motor went out and due to the guy from Grassi, being a total ass we called comfort solutions. They were here by the end of the business day the gentlemen who, came out Mike, was so, sweet explained what was going on and needed to be done kept his word on calling me back the next day with good news. Chris McCargle was the lead installer of new compressor, exchanger & 5inch filter & mount. The Team was Excellent, very professional, quick & complete, and answered all our questions.

Total Comfort Solutions was very responsive in providing suggestions and answering questions related to a water heater installation. We chose to upgrade to a tankless water heater and it works as advertised. It should provide as much hot water as we need and last longer than a normal water heater. We are very happy with the Service we received from TCS.

Trevor was very good explained everything and showed what I needed to repair No pressure to repair if I didn t want to He is coming back for more needed plumbing work I would recommend this company and Trevor too Five stars all the way

Within 5 minutes of my contacting HomeAdvisor my phone rang and I had a plan with the plumber. I knew when he would be there and how things would roll out. Every one I spoke to at Total Comfort Solutions was wonderful and helpful! Fantastic Customer Service and Fantastic work by the plumber! I highly recommend HomeAdvisor and I highly recommend Total Comfort Solutions!

Everyone I dealt with from Total Comfort Solutions was on time for scheduled appointments, courteous and very professional. The furnace/AC installation was completed in a timely manner and well done. I will continue to use Total Comfort for all my HVAC needs.

Their service man was quick to get to our home, and was able to diagnose a faulty sensor on our boiler. He ordered the part, installed it, and it has been working great ever since.
