I emailed him from Angies list.  He called me that day, came the next Monday to give estimate and cleaned on Friday.

Mr. Baker accommodated my work schedule, arrived on time and provided an honest appraisal of what he could do and what we could expect. The results exceeded our expectations. The carpet looks almost as good as new. He provided advice on how to spot clean in the future. I would hire him again.

He arrived on time; did a great job and I was pleased.

I am not going to re-count this whole experience in boring detail. Suffice it to say I  hired this company to clean two carpets and a sofa. They came the day that was agreed upon, did the job to my satisfaction. I would hire them again.

It was an excellent experience!  I am way overdue for giving my comments, so I made a point to make this call.  They were on time and the price is very fair.  The service provider was knowledgeable and very professional.  This is the best my carpet has looked and I don't have enough good things to say about them.  I hope to keep using them from now on.

The day in which this happens I have another prestigious company at my house performing the cleaning of my Carpets and they witnessed the damage this individual has caused and they could not believe Nick Baker’s (Owner of "As You Wish") unapologetic behavior as if there was not his responsibility.  They also pointed out that the machine he was using it was clearly not recommended to this type of work.  After his Insurance turned down our claim down we tried to contact Nick Baker (Owner of "As You Wish") and despite numerous phone calls and e-mails he never had the decency to call us back and offer restitution.  This is a clear sign of a lack of work ethics and common decency.  In the end this affair cost us over 3,000.00 (materials and labor) and the lost of revenues as our tenants were not able to move in as agreed in their lease. This does not include the expenses fees we had to pay Nick Baker for simply destroying our floors.   Do not use this company!!

As You Wish Carpet Cleaners did a great job cleaning my carpet.  He was punctual and professional and my carpets turned out even better than I expected. After cleaning and deoderizing the carpet, he "raked" it, which really did make my 9 year old carpet look new. He also moved chairs and other furniture before cleaning, and when finished, returned those items to their correct spot and placed plastic protectors under the legs. I am very pleased with their work.

I called this carpet company yesterday (after hours) and left them a message of my issue.  My rental property had severe water stains and my poor tenant was very worried.  I received a call back with-in about 15 minutes from the owner of the company.  I greatly appreciate the prompt response but the work product was even better!  The carpets look better than before the leak and the whole house smells fresh and clean.  A fair price, friendly service, and a fantastic outcome is what I found in this company.  I will absolutely be calling them from now on when I need floors cleaned in any of my properties!!!!!  I am absolutely satisfied!!!

They did a great job. They cleaned up after themself and were very professional. They showed up on time.

To be fair, the carpets had probably never been cleaned, so lots of dirt. The result was less than expected, as much of the surface dirt still showed. We felt that if our appointment time had been earlier in the day, instead of late in the afternoon, we might have received a better more thorough cleaning, instead of one performed by an already tired person.  The owner was friendly and up front, telling us about some of the dirt may not come out. We still hoped for a bit more, for the price charged. I do know that my carpets are clean, even if soil stained. New carpet is in our future.

 

I originally searched Angie's list when I needed to find a trusted company to clean my carpet quickly after my baby got sick unexpectedly on the carpet!  After reading the reviews of other customers who raved about the company ? I called As you wish carpet cleaning. 

Nick (the owner) was completely booked all week but when the receptionist/scheduler called him to explain the situation he quickly said he would find time to fit me in ? even at the end of his long day.   It was a small room but obviously a critical job for my family.   Nick came with all of the advanced equipment and thoroughly cleaned the carpet (in 2 rooms) and also applied a stain protectant after he was done.  He took extra time to explain what he was doing ? did not rush ? and had such a pleasant service focused attitude.  And this was at night when he could be at home having dinner!  I will certainly call Nick whenever I need my carpets or floors (tiles / wood) cleaned!  He guarantees 100% customer satisfaction - and actually means it.   

I will also note that I had my carpets cleaned 6+ months ago from another company to remove high traffic stains and within 1 week the stains were back - which is why I did not contact them again.  Nick also offered to come out for any follow up if needed if I ever see another stain pop up.

This was my first experience using Angie's List I posted a request to As You Wish late in the evening and Nick responded the next morning. He was flexible and worked to get me scheduled before the holidays and around my hectic schedule. We have two dogs and and a sandy landscape; needless to say, our carpets and upholstery were in dire need of a deep cleaning. By the time he finished, by carpets were brighter and spot free as I had hoped for. He offered tips and suggestions to maintain a brighter and cleaner carpet longer. He took his time on the upholstery going over it 2x and even hand-picking out stubborn white dog hairs. He was courteous, professional, timely and personable. I would recommend and use As You Wish again.

Not only was Nick @ As You Wish very friendly, but he did an AWESOME job.  The carpet was virtually spotless when he left.  He is a true professional.

It went fine.  He cleaned two area rugs and brought back the two large rugs a few weeks later after they were cleaned thoroughly.

Great! Nick spent over two hours cleaning our two rooms and the carpets were brought back to life! We saved lots of money because now we don't have to replace them, which is what my husband has been wanting to do for quite a while now.

It was my first experience with having a carpet cleaned. As You Wish had a great sounding record on Angie's List, so I called them, and spoke to Nick Baker. Nick paid an initial visit to see what was required of the job, explained to me every facet of the process including the price and honored my coupon. He returned a few days later as scheduled, fixed the 2 snags and cleaned the carpet in less than 2 hours. At all times he was prompt, courteous, and professional. Afterwards we discussed the need for a yearly cleaning and he has put me on his mailing list to send me a reminder. I was very pleased and will want him back next year.

Got held up at an earlier job and was a couple of hours late, but did call first. Cost was a little higher than I thought it would be, but I don't really have any comparison basis (about $4/sq. ft.). Very good quality work, nice person, uses hot water and chemicals pumped in from truck and rotary scrubber. Definitely better than I could have done myself even with rental equipment.

I have used many area carpet cleaning services. Both chemical dry cleaning and other wet cleaners. Nick uses a rotary system with bio-degradable cleaners that did an absolutely fantastic job compared to others. Many of the cleaning services low-ball the price until they get to your home.
