"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"We needed a good carpet cleaning and an in-between rental cleaning for our house in Crestview.  The old tenant was there for 3 weeks, and he smoked in the house, let his dog do his business on our new carpets....it was not pretty.  I called Essie just for a carpet cleaning, but her prices were so reasonable that we had her and her team do the cleaning too!  We were concerned about when the old tenant was having water and electricity turned off, so she came THAT night.  Great service!!!  The smoke smell is gone, the carpets are all springy and happy again.  Essie's personality is fun and professional.  I hope we don't need this again anytime soon, but if we do, we know who to call!!!"

She actually moves and cleans under it. She is honest, trustworthy and reasonable. The minimum charge is $50 and rates are by the room or pieces of furniture. Spot removal is normally $10-$15 and high rise building are an additional $10. No one else is allowed to clean our carpets - she is that good. If she can't get a spot out, it's not coming out. She routinely finds and points out stains, wear and tear, and offers suggestions for long term maintenance.
