Great.  They were on time, actually called to say they could come earlier if that worked for me and it was perfect.

The house looked good, Essie was very communicative and pleasant to speak to. The rental company came in and commented on how nice it looked, they just wanted the the blinds done. This was my fault, in order to keep the cost down, I told them not to do a few things, blinds included. When I called Essie and apologized, she offered to come back out and do them at no extra charge even though it was my fault.
The only reason they got a B on quality is because a team member that came back out broke a blind, Essie got hurt and couldn't go so she had no idea until I went in and found it. Once I called her though, she came back out and bought a new blind to replace it with no problem.
Everything else was good, carpet and all looked great.

It went very well.  They were very polite and explained what they would and would not do.  They finished the house and asked if I would look everything over.  They also told me that if I noticed anything after they were gone to just call them and they would fix the problem.  They were a very pleasant husband and wife team and would ask them to come again.

We paid her asking price expecting a clean and undamaged home. I had hired her over the phone based on these reviews. She was advised that I had been out of state for months and my husband had been in the home alone. I explained that although my husband keeps the house clean he doesnt scrub the bathrooms as I like them. I also explained that I was bringing our infant home and I needed the carpets cleaned and I wanted he house floors sterilized. She was prompt in coming over to give an estimate to my husband. It was asked that she deep clean the bathrooms as the shower door and walls had some build up. She stated no problem and that she would deep clean the entire house. I had the home cleaned a few days before our arrival so any fumes would be out of the house. When I got home I expected the home to be spotless for paying close to $500.00. The first comment I made to my husband was that the cleaners didn't seem to pay attention to detail and he agreed. That's pretty bad that he noticed that as well. Room by room. Master bathroom still has the build up. They did get some off but it is still a disaster. There is mold on the bottom of the shower door and around the sinks. The build up easliy comes off with a brillo pad. I know this because I did it myself. The guest bathroom had toilet bowl cleaner on the inside of the toilet bowl. The bathroom was left with rugs and garbage can off the floor and the shower curtain wide open, It would have been nice to have it put back togther. The kitchen shelves around the sink were not dusted. The top of the fridge was not touched and the bottom half of the stove was not cleaned. A bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen since they stated they would even clean the cabinets. The dining room was dusted. My husband had put down two platters on the top of our cordenza. He didn't dare try to put them away. When I put them away when I retured home there was all dust under them. They dusted around items instead of removing them and dusting properly. After noticing this I looked in the other rooms closer and a lot of items were dusted around. The glass doors of the entertainment center had streaks all over them and had to be redone. The carpets were okay. One area was left way to wet and took days to dry out. The point that this service went from poor to a horrible experience was when I went into the nursery and saw a large gouge out of the front of the crib. We spent a small fortune on the furniture as it will grow with our child. This was heartbreaking. Because my husband did not inspect on the day of the service we figured they would never admit the damage. For that reason we decided to just avoid the fight and have it fixed ourselves.

This company is top notch. Best in area. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding.

We needed a good carpet cleaning and an in-between rental cleaning for our house in Crestview.  The old tenant was there for 3 weeks, and he smoked in the house, let his dog do his business on our new carpets....it was not pretty.  I called Essie just for a carpet cleaning, but her prices were so reasonable that we had her and her team do the cleaning too!  We were concerned about when the old tenant was having water and electricity turned off, so she came THAT night.  Great service!!!  The smoke smell is gone, the carpets are all springy and happy again.  Essie's personality is fun and professional.  I hope we don't need this again anytime soon, but if we do, we know who to call!!!

Husband and wife team - very responsive to email and phone call.  Price was fair.  Just moved into the house - it was empty so just needed to clean floors, fixtures, windows, kitchen bathrooms.Good job on windows however the outside 2nd story windows were left with streeks.Tub not clean, mirror not cleaned at top, bathroom globes not cleaned, kitchen floor not cleaned well, sink drains not scrubbed. Ceiling fans cleaned well, wood floor cleaned well.  A good "general" clean but not a deep clean.  Carpet was in rough shape, they attempted to clean it but left it so wet that I called Stanley Steemer to come out and vacuum out water and de-mildew.  Unfortunately because of the intenxse mildew that developed had to remove the carpet entirely.  However they did refund the $75 to clean the carpet - too bad Stanley Steemer cost me $85 and the carpet will cost much more.RE: Professionalism -1.  the lady asked me to go get her a "Chik-fil-A and a Coke" = I did nto and was shocked she asked me to do so.2.  They picked up and took an earring - however they did return it 1 week later. I will not ask them to return

Essie was punctual, friendly, and did a great job. I will be using her in the future on a regular basis for housecleaning.

She came by earlier in the week for a personal "meet & greet" & to see exactly what services were needed. She came as scheduled, put in extra time with no extra charge -- & the place looks great!

I called this company to get a quote for carpet cleaning.  I got a voicemail but didn't leave a mesage.  A short while later I got a call back.  She was very nice and offered a price for carpet cleaning, which was very reasonable.  I had explained this was a vacant house we just closed on that my mom had bought and would be moving into.  She asked if it needed any cleaning (I had figured I would need to do that for mom so it didn't occur to ME to ask about it!)  I told her it DID need cleaning but I would be doing it.  She offered to come take a look and she'd give me a good price.  We met at the house later that afternoon (yesterday) and she gave me a very good price, so I agreed to it.  Her and her husband came back today to do the work, was on time, very professional, incredibly sweet people, and they did an OUTSTANDING job!  Very impressive!  (I am VERY anal retentive and my idea of clean is REALLY VERY CLEAN.  I was very pleased!)  In fact, I even gave them an additional $40 over the agreed price because I really felt that they earned it.  I would absolutely hands down use or refer them anytime for any of the services they perform.

I called A-1 for a long-overdue carpet cleaning. After Essie and her husband left the other day, I could have told you my carpet was brand new and you would have believed me. Really terrific, thorough job--and non-toxic! My carpet's color is restored, it is fluffy and clean, and all that dust and dirt is out of the air we breathe. I highly recommend this company.
