"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! On a half an acre lot, they added dirt and expertly regraded my back yard getting rid of low spots and installed awesome sod all around our house. Also they totally replanted my front flowerbed and installed new trees in my backyard. Not to mention, they also fixed a drainage issue I had with my pool patio. Doug, a horticulturist, worked with us on the estimate and throughout the project. He expertly made a landscape plan for our review and recommended what plants and trees would work best; with his shrub selections, he brought color to our front yard. He also knew the owners of the fruit tree company we bought the trees from. His foreman is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering our questions, fixing issues with our front irrigation system and then installed a great new irrigation system in our backyard. He also make sure all the work was expertly accomplished. Now instead of a hurricane ravaged front and back yard, we have a landscaped paradise. We have received numerous complements from neighbors and the best part, is they provide a year warranty on the yard and plants."

"I just used Souza Brick paver to complete my driveway. This is the second job they’ve done for me, having done patios, gravel and yard clearing for me last year. Once again, they did an outstanding job. They offered a fair price with dependable service. They’re always happy to make corrections and they care about customer satisfaction. Super nice owner."

He removed all the old plants, reworked the soil, picked out new plants, fertilized, and designed the final project. Don’t worry if there’s a gap between cutting and planting an ideal branch. You can still cut the perfect branch when you see it. If you can’t get it in a pot or water right away, put it in a zip-top bag in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to finish the process, make a fresh cut.

Yes, backyard landscaping and total-home landscaping add value to your home. According to the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), high-quality landscape design has a 20 to 30 percent return on investment. So, when it comes time to sell your home, having a beautiful backyard landscaping oasis will increase your home’s value.

Palm trees are relatively easy to grow, especially when planting different varieties in their native habitats. While regular watering is crucial in the first couple of months while the palm develops a strong root ball, palms typically require minimal maintenance once they’re established. You’ll need to prune palm fronds once or twice per year to keep it in tip-top shape.

The best landscaping for a septic drain field is shallow-rooted grass or native vegetation that helps prevent soil erosion while allowing water to evaporate efficiently. Avoid planting trees, shrubs, or deep-rooted plants near the drain field because the roots can infiltrate pipes and cause blockages. Using mulch or gravel sparingly can also help retain moisture and protect the system without restricting airflow.
