Hello! I have over 9 years of experience from Destin to 30A cleaning and managing properties from short term rentals to residential. Have my own team but work solo as well, providing high volume cleans without forgetting attention to detail to keep your house feeling like home.

Hi, I’m Zoe! If you have a growing to-do list around the house, a yard that needs some love, or general maintenance tasks you just haven’t found the time for, I’m here to help.\nI’ve been a "jack of all trades" since my teenage years, taking on a wide variety of odd jobs and building a robust, hands-on skill set over the years. No job is too small, and I pride myself on being reliable, efficient, and transparent from start to finish.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Fusion cleaned carpets after a move. I thought the carpets would probably need to be replaced. I was amazed at how clean and vibrant the carpets looked after the work was completed. They worked us in very quickly. Great service. Great work. I highly recommend them."

"Very thorough and professional⠦⠦.I will be using them for a monthly cleaning service!"

"I had them come in and clean our house at the last minute because of some very special last minute house guest (and I just didn’t feel like doing it). They were awesome! They were on time and went above and beyond what I asked them to do. I asked them to focus on a couple of areas (obviously the guest room and guest bath) as well as the common areas and they not only did what I asked, but the house smelled good too (random - but a definite plus!). Overall I was happy with their service, will definitely use them again and I’ve already told my best friend about them!"

"I use Pristine Properties to clean my Airbnb in Florida since I live out of state. They manage the property very well and even document any new damage or missing items- to top it off their cleaning services are VERY good. We have never had a complaint from a new renter about our rental being dirty or unkept. Keep up the great work!"

"We needed a good carpet cleaning and an in-between rental cleaning for our house in Crestview.  The old tenant was there for 3 weeks, and he smoked in the house, let his dog do his business on our new carpets....it was not pretty.  I called Essie just for a carpet cleaning, but her prices were so reasonable that we had her and her team do the cleaning too!  We were concerned about when the old tenant was having water and electricity turned off, so she came THAT night.  Great service!!!  The smoke smell is gone, the carpets are all springy and happy again.  Essie's personality is fun and professional.  I hope we don't need this again anytime soon, but if we do, we know who to call!!!"
