"Good Day other Property and Home Owners; It is with a great amount of sadness that I write a Review on C & L Lawn Care Service LLC. After researching, I found a Minority Business to service our Property. C & L came to our home accessed the services requested and gave me a written estimate (Doc#1). We decided to give them a chance and we accepted their written estimate for monthly Services. From the start we were plaqued with issues. There were several activities that they failed to do at one point or another during the duration of the contract including: Neglecting to cut grass in the rear of the property, neglecting to trim hedges, failing to remove debris that they had scattered throughout the lawn, and failing to remove weed growth from flower beds. These oversights were discovered after I would do a walk-thru to review their work. To me, these are common and routine activities that the supervising person on site should recognize and ensure are completed at each job. C & L returned to my Property on multiple occasions after stating the work was completed, the work was not completely done. But the most egregious act is the dishonesty and lack of professionalism displayed by their effort to change a written agreement by removing a service from the original agreement unbeknownst to me and then requiring an additional amount for the service they had conspicuously and unilaterally removed. When I disputed the cost by referring him to the original written agreement and pricing, he stated that there must have been a “computer error”! This businessman refused to honor his agreement and worst of all, he QUITS! As far as I am concerned, Good Riddance! If you decide to go with this company, be sure to keep copies of your contract so that they can’t pull a switch-a-roo as they attempted to do to our Family. See original agreement and the changed agreement attached to this document. Notice how flower bed clean up is removed off original agreement. He then asked for more money to do the Service! The Cook Family...."
