"It was alright. I don't think he was prepared for all of the orders he would get. I know that he was probably just a little overwhelmed. He had to call in somebody to help him with our house. He ended up not being able to trace one of the problems that we had. It would require more money and more time and all that. He kind of gave us the practical approach but it needed an in-depth approach. So, I guess, it was okay. I didn't end up paying more. I don't think it was actually the owner that did the work. It was somebody that he had to call in. And then, because he was too big to go up in the attic, he had to call his son to come in and help. So, it was like a party in our house. I guess, we just needed more time in doing what they needed to do to find out how to get the outdoor light working."
