"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! "Ben Jr. and David of A.C. Goodier, Inc., 221 State Ave., Holly Hill, FL, came to our home today to install a new Tempstar Air Conditioner-Heat Pump system. It can get quite hot down here in Florida in the summer time and given that our air handler is located in the attic, Ben Jr. had asked if they could start early. At 6:40 a.m. their truck rolled up to our door...and we were ready for them. Everything went smoothly until they found that our previous drain system had gotten clogged and an auxiliary drain was needed. No problem. They got the parts, installed the new drain line quickly, and got the Air Conditioner/Heat Pump system up and running within the 4-hour time frame they had given us. Ben Jr. and David were absolutely great. In fact, we were so happy with the service they provided that we called their boss immediately to let him know. This is not the first time we worked with Ben Jr. and David. We had them service another of our previous residences a couple of years ago and knew that we wanted them to do this job as well since we were so pleased with their previous work.
