As an overview, David Gray’s appointment procedures gave me the flexibility to select a date, day of the week, and time to do the work. They called me about a half-hour before their arrival time. I was very pleased with the two-man team that was sent to do the work. Andrew Knight, the technician went over the work and provided me with an estimate before they began. He gave me an overview of the work…he explained what needed to be done with the new LED fixtures and installed the fixtures according to proper electrical code…he also gave me an option to choose the light color that I felt would be pleasant and accomplish my goals…he adjusted the color on each fixture from SOFT WHITE to DAYLIGHT…I selected BRIGHT WHITE (4000K)…this selection gave me the extra brightness for a safe entryway and hallway. The team worked efficiently, treated me with respect, and cleaned up the work areas. I was very pleased with the outcome…I now have a far safer home environment that I can enjoy and rely on when friends and family members visit.
