The manufacturer sent me the wrong hoses and it turned out the steam generator was fine so I’ll keep the new one as a spare. He also promptly did some other work fixing slow drains in 2 bathroom sinks and cutting a screw down to size to fit a button for a bathroom cabinet drawer. All around great work at a reasonable cost. "

"The situation was more difficult than imagined. The stonecutters had cut the faucet hole too near the sink and the washers and screws could not be installed. He came up with an ingenious solution of filing the washer down, buying longer screws and manually screwing the faucet from above. Two other companies could not figure it out. He also took care of the leaks another plumber could not fix, and came immediately after being called on a Saturday morning!"
